Nice big room Breakfast.

No airport pickup. For the money we paid that was very disappointing. Bar prices at the pool are very expensive.. Shuttle Bus to the beach not every hour. You are meant to book but how do you know how much time you wish to stay. The shuttle should appear every hour. Again, for the money we paid the location is not great. No furniture on our balcony. Why? Small details not present for 5 star.

I really liked the staff in the hotel as well as the pool area. Rooms are very nice designed and clean as well. Their food was tasty.

I think lighting in the room is not enough. Especially in the bathroom. Women would like more proper light when doing make-up. I was expecting the hotel to use filtered water but they said the ice they use is from tap water. Considering the importance of not drinking tap water, I expected such expensive hotel to be careful about it.

I loved my stay, it was a very warm and welcoming hotel, and the room exceeded my expectations especially at the end of my trip…. the hotel is walking distance to the beach, however they provide a free shuttle service every hour if needed. a very good location and not too far from the hotel.

1. the hand basin was clogged upon checkin 2. there was no usual irons, so there were limited steam irons available so it took over a few hours for it to be available for us to use 3. I had to walk through the breakfast area to access the gym and pool and people can see you in the gym when they are eating breakfast????

Beautiful and clean. Very modern and great amenities. Staff amazing helpful, kind and lovely. Gave us some great tips for where to eat around Seminyak/Legian area. Rooftop pool and bar gorgeous and open from 7am -1am. Close enough to walk everywhere for shopping, food etc but far enough away from crazy traffic and pub/bar noise. Lovely massage facilities. All day Breakfast included, buffet until 11 then you can order a la carte, great choice available, Indonesian/asian choices as well as traditional bacon, eggs, pastries etc. A 10 minute walk to the beach but the hotel also supplies a shuttle every hour until 6pm. A hidden gem. We loved staying there. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to our friends.

The hotel staff were great, couldn't help you enough. Whilst the location isn't ideal, they have an hourly shuttle too and from the beach which the kids loved. They also have a text service on WhatsApp and the concierge was more than happy to book trips and answer any questions we had. We booked a penthouse villa with two kids, the rooms were very spacious and had everything with what you need. Our fridge was refilled daily with bottled water and they also provided water in the bathroom to brush teeth.

The location to the hustle and bustle can’t be ignored but it was only a 15-20min walk to the beach, with only one crossroads providing a challenge if you're nervous walking. If I was being picky, turning the restaurant into a smoke free zone at breakfast would help

Location was excellent. 2 long shopping streets with so many restaurants, coffee places, massage shops and the courtesy shuttle to the beach on every hour. Please extend your shuttle services if possible. The room we stayed was rather cold. We brought up the issue to reception but it wasn't fixed. We played with the fan speed to low and increased temp to 29deg C but it felt like 19deg. Ok for day time but night time was freezing...so we had to open the windows to warn the room a little but road/traffic noise was too loud. Some staff were so super friendly, so engaging, so super helpful and accomodating, filling my water bottle with ice cubes every day twice sometimes. The chef was also very accomodating getting us things not on the menu like extra hot chilli, satay sauce or avocado. Great infinity pool on the top level with amazing views. Lastly, there was a great boutique on the premise with a fashion show on Thursday 6pm.

Aircon wasn't working well. Nice and cold during the day but freezing at night. Free shuttle ends at 6pm. No hair conditioner supplied. Free Yoga/pilates session was only on one of the days. Please consider more yoga/pilates sessions and more free activities like movie night, trivia night.

Beautiful decor and chilled ambience. Amazing roof top pool and bar.

Breakfast was ok but didn’t like that you had to pay extra for cappuccino/latte etc.

Staff were amazing. Couldn’t be more helpful. The room was outstanding. Better than the photos. The all day breakfast was a great idea. If we wanted a lie in then we had the reassurance that we can still have something to eat. Another bonus with the mini bar being topped up every day.

Not enough storage. Only a few hangers for clothes and 2 side drawers by the bed. We had 2 large suitcases so we had to sort of live out of our cases. No chairs on the balcony was another negative. We didn’t have the best view but it still would have been nice to have the option of sitting on the balcony in the evening

We absolutely loved our time at TS Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of — they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The facilities were top-notch, everything was well-maintained, stylish, and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was that it never felt overcrowded — we could fully relax and enjoy the space without feeling rushed or surrounded by too many people. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommended!
