The staff were amazing!! Very clean! The breakfast was good but quite standard - nothing exceptional. Still great value for money!

The walk to the main streets were short but still a good 10 minutes or more, so best to keep this in mind. Taxi's need to be booked as they rarely pass the entrance without already being in use.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Kettle is metallic so can boil water. Buffet breakfast is also good. They had some Indian options too. Pool is relatively small but still good. Got a small gym and a table tennis outside. 20 mins walking distance to beach Bathroom was nice & clean.

Hotel location is next to sewage. Make sure the room doesn't open to the sewage side. There is no smart TV. But had local channels.

Spent a full week in Fairfield. Staff were attentive and nice, they made sure our stay was comfortable enough and it was clear that they were knowledgeable about how to handle a variety of guests with different demands and preferences. If an option is unavailable, they're always ready to present an alternative. Huge thanks to Nuarta and Sangtu for making sure our room was always tidy and that we had clean towels daily! Chintya was also a darling, she always greeted us with a smile and it was nice to chat with her when I first arrived. Already considering to book another stay!

Restaurant menu options could have more variety.

Booked my last night in Bali here and loved it. Check in process was smooth, staff were always friendly. Breakfast had a good selection, even a seperate Indian menu. Room was spacious, had a desk so I could get some work done and overall comfortable. Location is not on the main street and its quiet. Its a bout a 7-10 min to get on to one of main streets for food and shopping. Beach was about a 15 min walk

Great clean hotel with friendly staff. We were very well looked after and given our own corner section together with 3 rooms which was perfect. Unfortunately the downside to this was that we were right by the road and above the lobby and close to the restaurant so it was very noisy when a large group was checking in at 1am on one of the nights. It was also very noisy with breakfast starting early so couldn't get much sleep even though the room and beds were super comfortable.

Stayed in the Suite this trip and loved it. It is quiet as it is at the back of the resort. Very spacious room with an outside bathtub for those who enjoy a good soaking tub. Staff were amazing, couldn't fault anything. We really enjoyed having our room serviced in the morning and then again early evening for the turn down service. Bintang that took care of our room was wonderful and tried to help anywhere he could... amazing young man! Overall we loved our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott and will definitely be going back on our next trip.

Need to turn on the air-conditioning in the restaurant on hot days - it was very unpleasant eating in the heat.

The hotel is at a very good location. By Cab it is very close to the seminyak and Kuta beach and close to the Legian Street and Seminyak market. The cab from the hotel to these places will cost around 4 to 7 USD depending upon the traffic. The hotel is in a slightly off market area but close to the markets which is good. The breakfast spread was quite good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well arranged. Our request for early check in and connecting rooms was noted and the same was available as soon as we reached there. I would recommend this hotel. Given the facilities and the type of hotel the price is quite rational and reasonable.

A pleasant and well appointed hotel that I suspect are trading on the Marriott brand in the name but not delivering to the same exacting standards. Don’t get me wrong. It is pleasant enough, ticks all the boxes and they offer a superb breakfast and have super helpful and friendly staff who take time and pleasure ensuring you are well cared for. The room on the 5th floor was large, fresh and clean with good towels and quality bedding but the two single beds had rather poor quality mattresses.

The property is somewhat isolated between Seminyak and Legian. It is a long and arduous walk to the beach even if you are fit and healthy. The hotel offers a free return shuttle to Double Six beach every day and Grab drive is cheap enough anyway. There’s a filth disgusting river fronting the hotel. But it is what it is. They have a great swimming pool and bar but there are too few spots for sun lizards to lounge around.

The facilities at the Fairfield were amazing! We upgraded our room to a pool access room and it was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and we need to give a special thanks to Bintang who cleaned our room daily and always left us a lovely animal on the bed. We had lots of days in the pool and the 2 4 1 cocktails during happy hour were really lovely. We had breakfast included and everyone was very attentive you could ask for food to be made fresh to you’re request. We loved our stay and will be definitely back in the near future.
