I'm not a bot - I did actually make x3 separate bookings for this hotel - Recently reopened after renovation and rebranding. Immaculately clean, very comfortable rooms - the room had the most comfortable bed that I've stayed in for some time, quality linen. Smart TV in the room. Two fast elevators are working well. The highlight, however, is the amazing service from all employees here - walking through the lobby and every single staff member greets you with a lovely big smile. Great location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Hammerhead Gym short walk for gym bros like myself. ATMs, pharmacy, convenience stores, souvenir stores all close by. My only feedback is the quality of the WiFi (which is free, by the way). Of an evening, presumably peak time, the WiFi constantly dropped and was prohibitively slow - however, at all other times it worked fine.

We were a bit hesitant to book this hotel as it had very little reviews due to being new. So glad we came, rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Location is good there are shops and restaurants around and about 15 min walk to the beach. Pool area is nice too. Food in the restaurant was great and all the staff are so friendly and helpful

The housekeeping come very early for my liking. Constantly knocking on the door at 8.30am until you answer isn’t how it should be. Maybe just because they’re new.

It was in the middle of it while still feeling like a retreat. It was pretty quiet. The rooftop pool is great and partially shaded. Rooms are nicer than photos. Breakfast was amazing

There was nothing not to love! I perhaps prefer being in a less touristy area, but for this area it was a really amazing place and so reasonably priced.

Hotel felt brand new and very clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was a massive spread and definitely worth paying the extra amount for. Room has a decent view

Tap pressure in the bathroom was low. Maintenance was going on down the hallway and was a little noisy during the day

Room is very clean and tidy , Air conditioner is very good but you cannot open the window its only glass , Hotel is in the heart of Seminyak 10 mins walk to the beach and thats the best thing about it , They also had a smart tv which was very convenient , Nice pool at the rooftop

Staff is not helpful , Breakfast is TERRIBLE , Very very bad , just indian food served , no refilling unless u asked for it and they would be very late with it even with the white bread , pancakes are finished everyday and no refilling , No Jam , No butter after 9 so you better be up early in order to get your breakfast we even woke up at 9:30 and still alot of things were missing , No eggs station and you have to ask the waiter to get you a simple omelette , and to top all of that fruits section was very limited and lettuce had some flying insects on it , Also bathroom is very small in the room but its clean

Nice firm bed, good value for money, easy access to Legian Rd.

Very small room, bathroom was small but functional. Room was a weird mix of very new wall furnishings but very old kettle. Staff were bewildered didn't seem to be trained and couldn't furfil simple requests e.g can we have 2 key cards please (no), can we have some salt (asked 3 waiters and still couldn't get any). Pool bar not built yet.

Everything. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast was really nice. The location was really good - close to everything. Highly recommended.

A bit of miscommunication. Asked online and before checking in if I could do a late check out. They said yes, will cost me 50% of the tariff and subject to availability. Went to the counter the day before check out and the guy said yes, but you need to pay the full day. I showed him the message in booking.com and then he said, sorry we do not have availability - clearly he was lying as I could see there was availability. He was not helpful at all ( front desk staff evening of the 03.02.25) In the morning (04.02.25) I went and talk to the ladies at the counter who quickly solved it for me. Some people are just zero helpful - It is all about who you talk with. Otherwise, we have a great stay. As always

Good location, close to beaches and restaurants around Legian and Seminyak. Easy to get a Grab at any time of the day. Staff is friendly enough. There's a huge bar at the ground floor but the room is soundproof, we could sleep well. Facilities are good, free drinking water is in the room and at the corridor of each floor. Paying by card is accepted with no extra fees - which is a plus.

Breakfast is buffet with quite a lot of dishes. However, it can be better even we are not picky people. For example, the staff at the egg station prepare in advance and queue the dishes at the bar, and when someone picks the egg, it is already cold. Pillows are a bit high to us, but the bed is comfy.
