The villa complex is set amongst a lush and beautifully maintained garden. The staff are so friendly and the pool has a great swim-up bar. The restaurant onsite ‘Ituitu’ has a great selection of local and western foods. The buffet breakfast is pretty good too, for $5 aud. The room was spacious and had the basics. 2 televisions but only local tv as no streaming service, not that we wanted to use it much. The location was 5 star! Close to the beach, close to Garlic Lane and great local stores with the sweetest shop owners, but in a quiet pocket away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it.

Only one 2-seater chair inside, not enough for the amount of guests. Beds were very hard and limited power points throughout. These are all very minor

The hotel was a lovely tranquil please to have a relaxing holiday.

The beds definitely need more comfortable mattresses for the double beds. Our mattress was to hard for me to sleep on without pain.

Upon arrival, villa wasn’t ready at advertised checkin time. We had to sit and wait for over an hour in the heat At reception- weren’t even offered a cool drink whilst waiting

We stayed at Three brothers bungalows in a family suite for 3 nights which exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, heaps of space with a king bed downstairs and upstairs. Both levels had there own outdoor bathroom which was delightful. Buffet breakfast is very simple but a bargain at $5 per person- mostly we preferred to eat out as we try to avoid gluten. the staff were beautiful and happy to help with everything and lovely service. The pool is large but not crowded and plenty of room for our kids who are 8 and 11. We far prefer this small cosy and friendly accomodation over the bigger hotels. thanks you three brothers- we would gladly recommend you.

breakfast could include gluten free breads but understand this is hard for a smaller hotel. It wasn't an issue. We had eggs and fruit and enjoyed the juice and coffee.

Having time away from the business of life. To walk through the grounds and share in the culture of the life of Bali. Bringing the old and new in a respectful manner. Staff helpful but not sure 🤔 if all communication was understood.

The gap and physical location between receiption and the eating area. Beening able to communicate to both from the location of my room. Feeding of cats within the grounds. In the past been a dog issue can see the same happening with cats. The impact on cats on the local environment. Amazing story / history of the 3 Brothers hotel. Staff did not know - maybe could be written up so visitors can read the story and journey of this hotel in the life of the Bali culture.

Stayed in the one bed villa with pool and jacuzzi bath. Absolutely amazing. Super clean, well positioned, quiet, comfortable bed and fab air conditioning. The landscaping of the complex was stunning, tropical and traditional Balinese Style. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site, ITUITU served beautiful food and lovely drinks.

We did not have breakfast included but tried the buffet on our first morning. It was ok but so many better and cheaper options out there. Though on another day we sampled the breakfast from the main menu and that was delicious. Could probably do with more sun loungers round by the pool. Was quite busy though did not bother us as we headed for the beach.

Rooms were large and our suite size was verycomfortable with lovely outdoor shower area. Has to close curtains or it was visible from outside the room breakfast was good with daily variety inc fruit and cooked options. Ituitu Restaurant Staff always nice and helpful... Pool was nice with bar service from about 11am until 5pm which was convenient.. Great location for walking to beach for drinks and sunsets... Good local laundry service options LOCATION is good for Legian beach, restaurants, shopping and markets Walking distance 1.2 KM to Bintang Supermarket.

Biggest common gripe was unable to book food and drinks from Restaurant or pool to the room and pay on settlement... some of the stairs and paths are quite worn and serious to elderly as trip hazards, Pool has several and lots of loose tiles tha could be quite sharp

Bed was so hard and after 14 days it was horrible please buy quality toppers. Hot water was a hit and miss barley warm would have been better and the pressure was also hit and Miss. A second pool would be great KIDS POOL. More sun chairs . Service from the swim up bar to guest lounging around pool would increase sales. Staff members cleaning up around the pool side would be good . Not just at the end of the day. Music around the pool would also be nice. Bar staff spent to much time just standing behind bar talking with kids and other staff.

Security at reception accused us of drinking two beverages from the bar fridge. We didn’t even drink their items as they are cheaper at Circle K etc we only drink bottled water.. they refused to believe us even after accompanying them to the room and indicating we don’t drink sugary beverages. .. I was an embarrasing and humiliating ordeal that spoilt our stay and respect for the staff. We are honest people and it was the principal of being accused not the cost of $5AUD drinks
