The staff are absolutely stella. They are the star of the show. Nothing was ever a problem very accommodating. From the morning- even restaurant the staff were amazing. As was the cleaning staff. Reception always friendly. We made amazing friends with the local street vendors. Aura Ink who karaoke after hours on the street. Such good people.

Having the description of "Junior Suite" I did expect a bigger room. On the last day, the aircon was leaking, and things underneath it got wet. Otherwise, it was great value for money. Again, the staff were amazing and fixed straight away.

The location is excellent, there are great restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The value for money is excellent, this is not a 5 star hotel so you dont get fancy, instead you get essentials. The Staff of this Hotel would not be out of place at a 5 star. Unfortunately shortly before departure my wife had her foot placed in a moonboot, thus severely restricting her mobility. Whenever we exited or arrived back at the Hotel, the Staff were there to ensure her safety - even going to the extra mile (if it was raining) to having the taxi go to the basement to ensure her safety and comfort - so my very greatful thank you.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. I was celebrating my son's birthday at this hotel with my wife, and we chose the Family Suite, which comes with two double beds. The hotel has a playroom that kept my boys entertained throughout our stay. Their Rooftop Pool was great facilities as well.

Regardless of the price and star rating of the hotel, I believe this property has significant potential for improvement. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest focusing on the following areas: Breakfast Quality: Improve the taste and variety of hot dishes to offer a more satisfying breakfast experience. Proactive Staff: Encourage staff to be more attentive and proactive in addressing guest needs and inquiries to ensure a smoother and more pleasant stay

The pool area is terrific and we often had it all to ourselves, the room was clean, of a good size (studio apartment) and the bed very comfy. The air conditioner was fantastic. Overall it is cheap and cheerful acommodation and I would stay again as the location is excellent and walkable to pretty much everything.

The restaurant did not have many options apart from a limited menu of small fried dishes. The breafast also did not provide many options. An egg station for omelets etc would have been nice as well as some yogurt to go with the fruits.

The staff were able to check us in early.. I had a sore foot but luckily their venue was disability friendly so I never had to walk up stairs. It is also tsunami safe building as it is a high rise building and has lots of indications where to go. They have roof top pool and dining. The breakfast was nice and simple. And good view from above We only stayed for 1 extra night while we waited for our plane. Plenty of shopping and food right from the front store

The room was really small It was on a one way street which meant the taxis had to drive all the way around to reach our hotel.. But that also meant the street was not too busy to cross

Great room with balcony and kettle overlooking a quiet street. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Cold aircon and hot shower… Ayu, Ariani, and the entire staff were brilliant and so helpful. They made a great place even better. Location is awesome in Legian/Seminyak area as it’s walking distance to everything!! Shops, restaurants, nightlife, and of course very close to the beach for the amazing Bali sunsets. Hotel, staff, location… all fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The staff was really cooperative, receptionists and the restaurant staff both were really helpful and supportive. Location was good, restaurants, bars, shops and beach nearby. Good value for money. Cleaned room everyday.

Well there were small issues like washroom lock was not working. Towels were not fully clean but the team tried their best to resolve the issues.

The gentleman that cooked myself and my daughters the best scambled eggs we've had and bonus points for the presentation and they were hot (which I struggle to get from my fry pan to dining table hot 🤣) The room we had was great. And cleaned beautifully daily except one day we had a lazy hotel day. The tiles around the pool get a bit slippery when your wet. So be careful. But the pool was clean and warm with a view of Bali from the roof and the patio is decorated beautifully and comfortably. All the staff were lovely and friendly. We walked almost everywhere. And the laundry lady next to mini mart I think it was Ruma's little blue sign, she wad $8.80AUD for 6kg washing i think, And it was pressed and folded so beautifully and professionally. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was a tiny bit hard. But we are used to a very luxury bed at home and they were large beds and fit a family of 4 in one room as our youngest was new to travelling. Great value for money. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the value we received for this simple but adequate room (we had 3 people in a junior suite). The location is great and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. The staff was very helpful. We did not book a room with breakfast so we can't comment on that.

The property has cockroach problems. It was hard to get extra blankets (staff kept bringing us sheets when we requested blankets but they were very nice to try). The room had a broken window covered in plastic and it was loud outside.

Amazing staff and amazing facilities especially for the cost. The photos that you see online is exactly how it looks in real life which is always great and the location was absolutely perfect. Close to the main road but far enough away it wasn’t permanent honking. You could see the large statue of Bali from the roof and were lucky to see fireworks as well. Great spot

There was nothing bad about the BOSS Legian.
