Amazing professional staff.Beautiful quality bed linens.Wonderful pillows and towels.The television unit,turns so that bedroom and / or lounge can watch television.Lovely little balconies....Senior management is very hands on,staff don't wander aimlessly.We were always greeted by our names.

My wife and I didn't like having to leave.

Super lovely 3 star hotel but felt like a 4 star hotel with great breakfast, comfy bed with clean sheets and super friendly staffs always smiling making sure everyone is happy. Teguh, Salaman, Ria and Priyo and the rest of the staffs whose names I don’t remember were the best. They made us feel special. 15 minutes walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants/bars.

Bathroom too small and no shower screen. Bedroom space a bit too small with not enough space to place an extra luggage. Clothes hangars too little only 3! Beautiful pool but too cold to swim.

It’s only been a few months since my stay at Kampi Hotel, and I know someone will be very happy to see this review finally posted. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink – a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of my stay. Although I had a few issues at the beginning, the reception team handled everything immediately and without hesitation, which I really appreciated. Travelling solo can be challenging, but I always felt at home thanks to the amazing staff at Kampi. A special shoutout to Teguh, who greeted me every time he was at reception. He always managed to put a smile on my face, whether I was coming or going. It truly made a difference to see familiar faces during my stay – the regular staff took the time to get to know guests, and that personal connection meant a lot to me. Thank you, Kampi Hotel, for making my solo adventure a warm and welcoming experience. I look forward to returning one day!

Great location close to the beach. Very friendly staff who remember your name. Super comfortable bed, best pillow ever. Very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast options.

The pool has no garden or loungers around it and is always in the shade. The hand soap is in a tiny glass bottle - impossible to use and not nearly enough of it. We just used the shower gel for hand washing. The drinking water provided is in glass bottles so no good for having bedside (I missed the table in the middle of the night and smashed one on the tile floor).

Everything was great staff was amazing a few of them need to be bit better with English but they will get there everything else was perfect 👌 they even had a smart TV that can watch you tube net flip ect nice hot water gre a t air-conditioning no smelly water as some hotel have all clean and comfortable beds breakfast was ok pretty basic same every day maybe can change it up or add some different more breakfast type foods eg sausage hash brown or Australia like breakfast maybe

Just a personal preference pillows was new which was great but just very thick and high used to my flat memory phone pillow haha other than that everything was great

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable - not fancy but hey you're in Bali you're not in your room too often. The pool was great, the AC was cold, had Netflix that they connected for me with a hotel account so didn't have to log in myself. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the beach through a lane next to the Ossotel. 5 minutes to great shopping on garlic lane and plenty of restaurants within walking distance - and all for a great value price - couldn't ask for better!

Great experience. If you want Great value for your money in Legian near the beach (less than a 5 minute walk and Close to almost everything you need, then you can't go wrong. Great staff - Ria and Ve were special standouts. Always friendly - even with the rude guests. Clean rooms. Good pool. Good breakfast Our only suggestion would be for a closet for longer stays but.... that was known before we booked.

Excellent location, lovely hotel…if you’re not into fancy and want to spend your money on doing things, exploring the sites, Kampi is great value for money. Staff were lovely, breakfast included and very pleasantly surprised of the quality of food…not just western food. Like all places in Bali it’s not immaculate but very very comfortable and easy to get anywhere.

- big, light room - amazing location (5 min to beach, but at the same time less busy - not on the "main" traffic) still quiet so you can get good nights sleep - All you can eat breakfast with good options - small fridge - helpful stuff - for us legian > kuta, less chinese more aussie, little bit less busy but also has everything what needed

Maybe laundry a lil expensive but that is really minor - you can also order outside from hotel for less than half- thats what we did.
