I loved the location, Legian is central on the coast between Kuta and Seminyak. The staff were very attentive to our needs and quick to rectify any concerns nothing was too much trouble and always greeted you with a big smile and remembered your name. Breakfast buffet was excellent catering to different needs. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and our room was decorated to celebrate the occassion. That said we were charged extra for the attention. The pool was always clean and gardens immaculate. Bit on pricy side but we will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are comfortable as we had a pool side room. In the bathroom the plugs in the sink kept jamming closed and maintenance needed to unjam them. The air conditioner leaked water constantly so we had a bathmat on the floor. The TV in room works but the internet is poor if you want to screen mirror it won't work. There are lots of steps every where which is ok if you don't have a disability. They do have rooms on the ground floor but you still have to navigate the steps.

Close to a lot of great bars and food options. The pools and bars in the resort are all great ,beds are comfy and all spaces are neat and clean. The best thing about this place are the staff who are always ready to help with any request and are bright and happy. Plenty of repeat visitors, mainly Australian . Legian beach access from resort.

It was in an excellent location , central to Legian, right on the beach with lots of restaurants, shops and money exchange near by.

My only complaint was not from the property itself but the noisy neighbours. The Fat Buddha bar across the road played loud (awful) music until 11.30pm -12 every night. Our room was located on this side of the building, and resort was full so no opportunity to move. The hotel gave us ear plugs - but unfortunately these didn’t really help. Perhaps the management could look into putting up sound buffering panels at the front of the resort (disguised by garden). This is the only solution I could think of - as sound was travelling down between the adjoining resort. The staff were very understanding & helped however they could.

We’ve stayed here many times. The staff are always lovely and friendly. The location is great and the pool access rooms are delightful

This resort is in a great location, beach front, and easy walking distance to the shopping areas, bars and restaurants. The room was large, with very comfortable king bed. Robes and slippers provided. Bathroom was nicely decorated with lovely Sensatia amenities. There are two swimming pools, with a good amount of sun loungers, and plenty of shade. Gardens are lovely and well maintained. Bar and restaurant service is provided in and around the pool areas.

The room is showing signs of wear and tear and needs a bit of maintenance. Rooms close to the reception/entrance may hear loud music from the bar across the road.

Hotel in great location. Close to shops and beach and at a great price. Our room was ground floor near pool. Pool was warm and clean and great length. Staff were lovely. Many seemed quite new but all giving their best.

Like most of it. Thought the menus were a bit constrained in variety but food we had was good quality. Small point, but the space allocated to the charity, off the foyer, had no product to buy. Not much point having it if you cant support it

We loved our room and the location was great. Staff so friendly and helpful, some staff didn't understand our questions, but there was always someone to cover that. Room service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Eggs at breakfast were lovely as they were made to order.

The pool was too hot not refreshing at all maybe some cover might help with that. The breakfast was terrible, sorry, but it was. Tea to weak you need another tea bag in the hot water, pancakes were like rubber and the hashbrowns were hard and awful, pre-made omletes terrible they should be made fresh while you wait.

Very spacious rooms. Conveniently located on Legian beach. We wanted to do surfing and chose it as it was close to Up2You surf school. Pool is nice and so is their complimentary breakfast. Total value for money. Liked he fact that they provided drinking water (just 500 ml) in the glass bottles and not plastic bottles. However 500ml is just 2 little for 2 people for a day.

I absolutely hate it when hotels do not provide round the clock drinking water facility to guests that forces them to buy water in single use plastic bottles - its bad for health as well as environment. I made a suggestion to them to install water dispenser that can be used by guests round the clock. It doesn't cost much to the hotel but it goes long way in helping save the environment from pollution.

Room was very spacious and comfortable lot's of light. The outlook to gardens from my room was lovely and calming and the balcony was a good, usable size. Grounds and gardens were extremely well kept and beautiful to walk through. All the staff at the hotel are A+ they were very accommodating, polite, happy and wonderful to deal with and nothing is too hard. Breakfast was really well catered, good options to eat. The front Beach House infinity pool was a great place to relax, have a swim and drink. Hotel is in a great location to get around Legian, lots on offer close by.

At check-in the price varied to what I secured on Bookings.com, they said it had to do with currency variance, that need to be resolved, both Bookings.com and Hotel should honor the agreed amount booked. I booked a room with pool or garden view and the room I got looked out to a construction site next door. I told the front desk staff that I wasn't happy with my room and they were accommodating and moved me immediately.

Wow, great location in Legian, 3rd time we stayed at Away, service is amazing, love this place. Bed in deluxe room was huge n we slept so well. Room service called several times, food arrived within ten mins, was yum. Salia spa was great, daily special prices, tried most of them. Drivers out front of hotel, great n reasonable. We will definitely return. Thanks to all at Away Camakila you all did an amazing job to make us feel safe, pampered and relaxed. Even a security guy to assist in crossing rd to beach. Awesome 🤩 👍🙌
