The staff were fantastic in every way and when we asked for an extra pillow or towel, pool towels, late cleaning of our room, they were so nice and helpful. Lola, Ari and Iwan were smiling angels at reception. The restaurant staff changed breakfast options to vegetarian as needed. They had breakfast for our son too as we booked for two adults and one child. Other hotels in Bali tried to say two breakfasts only per room, even though we paid more for having our child there and it included breakfast. Thank you Zest for making our holiday so seamless. Highly recommend this location, as it has great access to shops, restaurants, massage clinics, beaches, all within walking distance. Good value for money. Comfy beds and pillows, good AC, fantastic roof pool, was not really noisy, we hardly noticed the shows across the road. Our room faced the street on the third floor. No complaints. We heard the rooms facing away from the street were more quiet.

I like zest for the location for me great to grap a blue blue out front it's only very sml hotel and comfortable It suited what l need for 4 days. I would recommend staying here if you don't want a big hotel. I will be back. No mould, very clean soap, and toothbrush supplied. Breakfast ok if pre payed better not to pay up front. I had 1 morning with no breaky so l Just order what u like and pay. l had croissant eggs benedic and coffee. $10 .delish Kath Australia

Excellent location and extremely comfortable bed

The sun lounges were way to low, we bought the ones from the sun deck down each day as they were higher and you could adjust the backs. They also need some type of lounge cushions so it would make your relaxing time around the pool much more comfortable

We spent our last 3 days here before we left and got bali belly just before our arrival , my partner was very sick and the staff were just lovely ! Especially the younger balinese guy roughly in his 20s wish i remembered his name !! He was an amazing person and always was checking in on us and seeing if we needed anything. I wish we werent in a rush as we were leaving our taxi cancelled and i went into panic mode , i wish i could have left him a generous tip he was awesome !

Only thing would be the tvs need more selection. Stuck in bed for few days didnt have much of a choice

pool was nice i stayed here before ,, food breakfast was not as good anymore as before covid it was really good now the breakfast was smaller and not so amazing ,like small amounts on a bigger plate to make look more but it actually alot less and not as good as before covid i stay this hotel many years and times and was a bit disapointed with the breakfast to be honest

breakfast wasnt as good as before and the real main bad point of this hotel is the doors in the bedrooms ,they make so much noise u can hear every single door slammin closed cause of the type of locks on the doors ,if had a more modern style lockin system like doors that slow down and close atomatically slowly before closin it would make a huge diference as this hote is amazin but the noise wake me up always and the noise is alway from only one things all the doors closin noise ,, from guests or staff it always the noise from the doors closin fix this and u will never hear a complaint of noise ever again and the stay in the rooms would be a huge bonus and enjoyable ,other than this everytin else in room and staff are amazing and work perfectly

I liked the location and the easy lift access, not needing a card except for the room door. The breakfast was well presented everyday and good value. The rooftop pool was fantastic to escape the windy beach and crowds. The room was large enough with adequate storage and outdoor balcony.

I did not like the air con which did not seem to cool the room enough even though one key was left in the power slot the whole time. The light that came through the curtains in the morning was annoying as was the local roosters right outside in the house below. Having to ask for pool towels and getting an attendant to take drink orders needs more focus from the hotel as there are cameras so you can see when the pool is being used.

Breakfast was basic, but was okay... It was not a buffet just a set menu. There were plenty of options nearby if you didn't want what was on offer.. You need to be prepared to hear the music and bands from the surrounding venues...I didn't mind it but others might not like it...

The meals were hit and miss and took a long time to come out of the kitchen. The pool area could be serviced with staff doing a run by more regularly... They need to fix the pool pump, it is very loud.

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Good location, less than 5min walk from the beach. Rooms are basic but clean.

Wifi is terrible, I ended up using my phone data. Lack of organization in the details that make the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel: The menu for breakfast is limited and half of what is on the menu is actually unavailable if you don't arrive first. And they have the guts to tell you that you should come earlier! Breakfast time is until 10:30, if I arrive at 10:00 I expect to be able to eat whatever I want. The same lack of organization applies to swimming pool towels, unavailable half of the time. And if you bring your bathroom towel, then housekeeping will not give you a clean one in the room (even if you asked and they said yes).

Absolute best value for money!! Let’s be honest, we barely spend anytime in a hotel room when in Bali as always out adventuring. Compact and basic accommodation, but execpetionally clean and the comfiest bed and pillow out of anywhere we stayed throughout Bali on our recent holiday. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

Very little to be unhappy about considering what you get for the cost, but if I had to mention anything, the roof top pool is amazing in its set up, but because it has full sun exposure all day long, it is quite warm in temperature so not a refreshing swim if that is what you are after. In the direct opposite corner is a performance bar which is quite loud until late but nothing a pair of earplugs can’t solve.

the rooftop pool was incredible! infinity style pool, with ample chairs and tables for guest. cafe/restaurant on ground floor and the staff there (young man in his 20’s that knew a lot about tea, and made an excellent hot chocolate) went above and beyond to ensure i was happy and comfortable. and the young boy working at reception, always had a smile on his face!
