Large room, great gardens. Love the pool. Friendly Staff. Great Location.

If I am being picky A good thorough cleaning of rooms is needed. behind bedside tables, tops of power points. Some of the towels and sheets need updating.

Super friendly staff, great food and mango juices, gorgeous pool and garden with koi pond, great location, masseuse was amazing, close walk to beach

Leak in roof and my room was a bit noisy as it was next to the restaurant but overall fantastic stay, would visit again

Location, staff, food, room size all amazing. Only family there as they aren’t a very family oriented hotel but that didn’t stop us having a great stay, room was very spacious. Pool area had a shallow pool which was perfect for my kids. Cheap and good food. In great spot. Kids are asking to come back before we get on the plane home!

Breakfast options were limited. We didn’t have breakfast included and didn’t feel the need to pay for it after looking at the options. Hard for the kids but local cafes right outside served our needs so was absolutely no drama there.

Love the location and that it's like stepping into another world when you step in off the street.

I knew I had booked a 3rd floor room when I booked it and love the upstairs suites, this is our 3rd or 4th year booking one there… I knew what I was booking when I booked, but my knees are getting older and we had to plan the day so I dont have to spend the day doing the stair master… but that left me feeling like a pack horse with the days belongings with me all day, shopping, beach stuff, and sometime to wear for dinner… our solution? To get in early, pay the deposit and book next years ground floor room near the pool and the restaurant - well before my usual last minute booking… so it's less that I didn't like it- but more that my knees didn't love it this year.

Beautiful Place I'd definitely stay again. If you don't like stairs, I would suggest ground floor. Grounds were beautiful old style Bali feel. Some of the rooms a little worn out but they are working hard getting them restored.

Every now and again shower would just turn off while in there but hey you're on holidays who cares came straight back on within seconds.

We have been staying at this gorgeous property since way before Covid, and have returned many times since. It is a small, but beautifully maintained hotel, that literally feels like home to us. Even our internet connects automatically when we arrive, just like home. The staff are like family, and can’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The food at the restaurant is delicious and extremely well priced. The pool area is beautiful, and the gardens are very established and well cared for. Sadly, for us, the Kusnadi has become well known and very popular and it is sometimes harder to get in for the dates we require, but the staff always go the extra mile to accommodate us where they can.

We love everything about the Kusnadi, and have no negative feedback.

Bad experience with food twice. Breakfast one morning and went down to order food for our rooms. The staff, 2 woman were giggling and on their phones. Being unprofessional. Food was cold all the way through. So obviously pre made which is fine but chicken was cold when you bit into it. Left all meals uneaten.

Apart from what we didn't like, all else was fine.

Toilet unpredictable flush in room 206 2 flights of stairs to negotiate to get to our room.( we are aged in our mid 70 s)

Excellent location - right in the hustle and bustle of Legian but feels like a little oasis!! Beautiful old Bali feel, the gardens and surrounds are gorgeous and a great place to chill after a big day exploring and shopping. The staff are wonderful and so accommodating. We are a family of 6 and found the family room exceeded our expectations. It’s really a 2 bed, 2 bath villa. Restaurant was insanely cheap and great value. Breakfast had some variety. Excellent value for money!

Not much - just one of the bathrooms in the family room was looking a bit tired and the bath wasn’t really usable. Also worth noting that Sugar Rays bar across the road really kicks off some nights with very loud live music and the family room is closest to the road so bring your earplugs!

We almost always spend some time at Kusnadi. Great place especially for people who want a quiet and friendly place to stay. Has been renovated recently. Basic but clean rooms. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff. Lock boxes available in a room off the office. I’ve never had anything go missing from this hotel. Usually mostly older people staying who are happy to have a chat in the pool. Great atmosphere. Over the road from Sugar Rays and a couple of doors to Chapter 2. Tommy’s is only a few doors away too. Circle K too. Two blocks from the beach. Can’t comment on the food from the restaurant as we didn’t eat there.

Toilet in our room didn’t flush properly. Had to hold the button down for around a minute to get the paper to go down. Reported it every day but still the same when we left. Bali time for repairs😂
