i stayed here for 7 days with my partner. the aircon was excellent! best hotel aircon i’ve ever had in bali and i’ve stayed in 50+ hotels. The bathroom lighting was great and didn’t unlike other hotels where the lighting is creating dark shadows. Location is great right in the middle of legian. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel room service the food is excellent.

the shower did not have hot water. We left the ‘please clean room’ on our door for 5 days and nothing happened, until i asked for the room to be cleaned then it was.

Clean and spacious rooms, good air-conditioning and lovely, helpful staff. Photos were accurate to what the rooms looked like.

The gym needs a bit of updating, but was still enough to get a workout in.

The room was great and service was excellent couldn't fault it but next time we will get a studio suite

We stayed in a apartment . But the only problem we encountered was the 4 flights of stairs also the netflix on the tv caused by poor internet connection

Clean, nice rooms and great facilities. The staff are incredible, so helpful and friendly and willing to assist with any request. Have stayed here 3 times now and would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

We needed to extend our stay in Bali and were looking for a central, safe & comfortable place with reasonable pricing. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The first room they offered had strong garlic/frying smells from the kitchen & the towel hangers in the bathroom were all loose, they changed our room without any issues and even helped us move our things across. The Standard Suite is very spacious, clean & comfy bed, comes with a fridge, a safe, kettle & iron if required. They cleaned the room everyday, with fresh towels & linen. They make good coffee too and the pool is fairly large so you can do a few laps for a calm workout. Walkable distance to cafes restaurants shops & beach, laundry less than a minute away.

THE TV! I mean what is that? Plasma??? We hadn't seen a TV this old in YEARS! Probably needs an upgrade! TV is probably the least important thing during a holiday, but for us needing to extend our stay and not being on a holiday anymore (well, not technically) we just wanted to sit back, relax & watch some Netflix/Prime! Even a Chromecast might help but the Wifi was fairly slow & unreliable. The TV comes with 40-50 satellite channels so they're rocking the entertainment old school!

The rooms were spacious with balcooies overlooking a sparkling pool. The food (both local and western ) at the cafe was of a high quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to Jalan Legian, opening up access to Seminyak and Canggu (or Kuta if that's your thing) A safe metered taxi will usually appear within a minute or so and many destinations cost only AUD5-10 dollars. Plenty of fantastic high quality restaurants within easy reach including the best restaurants at Double Six or Seminyak. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Good retail shopping on Jalan Legian or in Seminyak. The big Bintang Supermarket has been rebuilt after the fire and is less than a kilometre away.

Look Bali has been starved of tourist dollars because of the pandemic, and has only opened up in the last 6 months. Some hotel maintenance has slipped during the pandemic but the owners are re-investing and there is evidence of a lot of work being done on buildings. some minor inconveniences were quickly fixed.

Brilliant location, close to good shopping, food and the beach is an easy 5 minute stroll away. Beds were super comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was an issue and treated you like a 'real' guest not just someone who booked the room.

This is really hard to actually write something here. But if I had to be critical then the lane that our villa was situated in was at times a little noisy as people coming home late after being out drinking were a little loud as well as cars/scooter could be heard. No issues, it is a holiday place in Bali after all and certainly no fault of the hotel that is for sure.

Good location. Large rooms. Staff quickly arranged a new room when the air conditioner wasn't working.
