Great pool and convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could not take pool towels back to room, they had to be kept at pool area.

We love everything about this hotel. The location is brilliant, right on the beach and very quiet, even though it is close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the gardens are amazing. The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced, with the eating areas overlooking the beach. A great place to relax and watch the activities on the beach and people strolling past . It’s a small boutique hotel, with approximately 60 rooms, so never feels busy or overcrowded. Still good for families, as it has small pools for children. The staff are wonderful, friendly , efficient and so helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. It was heart- warming to return after the pandemic to find everything is as good, if not better , than it used to be.

Breakfast was not included in the price per night which was disappointing. We were upgraded for our room which was appreciated. The position was ground floor which I requested and appreciated the walk in shower. I can be unsteady on my feet so the little things like this are important. The bed was extremely comfortable and linen was beautiful. Loved the double sink in bathroom. There was a lot of friendly staff and the hotel was very secure. Position was great across the road from beach and lots of restaurants close by. The pools were great too with lots of beds and the staff around the pool were so good. Food was excellent. Loved the general charm of this boutique hotel. Not too big not too small. They have great staff who were happy to accommodate as much as they could.

I would love a small table with 2 chairs so we could eat in room. I would have loved bigger cups in the room and when ordering coffee from cafe, the cups were too small.

The staff were awesome and so accommodating. The location was incredible, right near the main street but was still quiet.

The warm pool.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive and friendly. The pool area is gorgeous and well serviced. It was a bonus to swim under the night sky after a hot and humid day! The room itself was well appointed and the beds were super comfortable. There was a great spread for breakfast, in fact the food at Hitana is exceptional. There is entertainment every night, including a Beatles cover band who were really good and a Drag Queen show who were lots of fun and very entertaining. Location is just across the road from Legian Beach in a restricted area, so traffic is minimised - this was a real bonus. The whole complex is efficiently run and well maintained. I was travelling with my 16 year old niece - she thought the whole place was awesome.

The terrace doors don't completely seal. With mosquitos carrying Dengue fever, this was a little concerning. We had to move from our first room because there were 1cm gaps where the doors meet the surrounding frame. We saw few mosquitos but the first one was in that room. Staff come in every night to spray for mosquitos.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to help us feel welcome and that we were valued. The location was great, with beach access directly across the street. Our room was always clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch with morning coffee. There were markets about 600 meters away and shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. The pool was a wonderful place to spend the days.

At breakfast, it took quite a long time to get coffee. It would be great to have free-flow drip/black coffee options available so you do not have to wait for it to be made and delivered. Also, there were not enough umbrellas for sun beds at the pool. It would be ideal if each set of loungers had shade options.

Bali Niksoma is a wonderful hotel. Great location on the border of Seminyak and a little bit quieter. We had a ground floor room 104. It was quiet with super comfy beds and pillows a lovely little outdoor area and cleaned thoroughly each day. The pools are great and there are sun beds available!!! The road out the front of the hotel is not so busy which is nice and peaceful.The staff are superb. We loved seeing Mini at breakfast each morning. Great breakfast and good coffee. The hotel does have a lot of bands/entertainment each night which is fun and doesn’t go until all hours. A very easy walk to lots of great restaurants nearby. Across the road is a terrific beach bar Vitamin Sea. I would recommend you go see Freddy and enjoy the Bali sunset from there. This was our first time staying in Legian but we have stayed in many hotels in Bali and can’t rate this one highly enough.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We have been to Bali more than 12 times over the last few years and we will now never stay anywhere else in Legian. The Niksoma was unbelievable. From the excellent room (way over standard Bali sizes) to the fantastic pools area to the amazingly efficient and friendly staff (shoutout to Mini and Gede!) and the beautiful food. The fun and high qualkity floor shows were a bonus (we saw The Beatles, Abba and the Drag Show!). We moved from Niksoma to the Hilton at Nusa Dua and just wanted to come back to Niksoma. the Perfect BALI experience!

Always enjoy Pool and Breakfast I enjoy the Spa - this time I tried the Bamboo massage easily one of the best massages I have experienced We always enjoy dinning at the Hitani -we absolutely loved the entertainment on the Monday night - Triple Trouble Band - outstanding entertainment

I didn't enjoy the Tarot reading due to language barrier and not being able to understand the translation Very sad to being losing Mini - although all staff are lovely - she is special and such a great ambassador for the Niksoma if I thought she was still there we would come back in a few months before it closes for renovations We loved the cooking class we did however I did think it was a little expensive
