I absolutely loved samana villas and would 100% stay again. We stayed with our 3 children, who also thought the villa was beautiful and the staff so welcoming and friendly. We were constantly asked if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. The villa was incredibly clean and had absolutely everything we needed, adaptors included. I asked for a pool fence to be set up for our stay, as we have a 2 year old. They organised everything for me, so was up upon our arrival, and at a very reasonable price. Absolutely wonderful location, right between kuta and seminyak, everything was on our doorstep.

The only negative thing I have to say was the toilet in the master bedroom didn't smell the best (I know this is relatively normal in Bali). It was quite a consistent bad smell, so we just kept the doors open and brought airfreshners. The other 2 rooms in the villa didn't have the same issue.

We had welcoming drinks upon arrival. The location of this villa was absolutely perfect. The flash gym bali, mart, laundry mat, cafe, bars, restaurant & tattoo places are located on the same street as Samana Villa. The backdoor leads to Garlic Lane (shopping, salon, cafe, bars, beach & restaurant etc). Villa was beautiful & rooms were big enough for 6 adults. The Villa had tea & coffee and also had filtered water, extended our check out time & rooms were always cleaned. We had mosquito coils, insect sprays & insect repellent in our lounge which was great use. Great villa, will stay again

The telephone in the room didn't work, so we had to walk to reception & ask them some questions. Just be mindful there is no breakfast at this villa, but you can always use gojek to order food or explore Garlic Lane for breakfast.

The villa was beautiful. We had a 3 bedroom villa dir our family of 5. we loved the pool and the layout was perfect for us, giving the kids their space and each having their own bathrooms too. It was so peaceful however was close enough to all the shops and restaurants of Legian. The villa had everything you needed for a great holiday including toiletries, coffee/tea, books, insect repellent, adapters, games and more. The staff were all lovely and kept it spotless.

Absolutely loved this place! What a paradise! The pictures really don’t do it justice, the living area is so spacious with full cooking facilities, the two rooms are fantastic for families as the kids twin has its own en suit and the pool area is massive with loungers for laying in the sun! There isn’t much to do in Seminyak apart from shopping so this location is a perfect little oasis. The team are just so friendly too. I needed a doctor and one of the team sorted one out for me using their own phone and made sure I got everything I needed. They are genuinely friendly and love making people happy!

More like minor points of attention: - water felt like it contains oil - wifi didn't always fully reach main bedroom villa - drain of one of the sink was closed - door in main bedroom villa needed to be closed slowly, it felt fragile

We love the spaciousness of the private villas - they are comfortable & well equipped. Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful.

The garden is beautiful but needs to be tamed - it’s a little jungle like to navigate, particularly in the wet. Our villa felt a little tired compared to the last one we stayed out - time for a little maintenance & refurb perhaps.

The generous size of the villa, the layout & design of the villa, the beautiful bathroom, the presentation and facilities in the outdoor but undercover kitchen & living area, the privacy, the staff, the handy but quiet location.. it was just exceptional. We are already planning our next visit.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We stayed at two other villas during our 10 day Bali holiday, Samana Villas was the last one but it was our favourite and had we found it first, it would have been our only one.

Great location. Such a quiet and relaxing spot, yet the back gate leads straight to Legian street. The staff were very attentive and kind. We booked last minute due to issues at another hotel, and the staff were fantastic at checking us in and making us feel very comfortable! The villa was perfect! It has a very well equipped kitchen, a great sized bedroom with ample storage and the bathroom has both a shower and bath with great pressure. The gardens were perfectly kept and pool was very clean.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating, the location was good ,short walk to main street for breakfast or to catch a bluebird taxi down to the beach, about 5 minute ride! Clean rooms.

The lounge in our villa was old and needed reupholstering, but the staff covered it up for us with some sheets which was appreciated. Steps leading into the villa were a slight hazard if you were to miss them, you would end up in the pool.just sayin

Absolutely stunning property, the staff were amazing, very exceptional. Cleaned our pool everyday, asked when we would be out to make our beds and clean the villa, extremely kind and respectful. Location was perfect for our boys trip, easy access to the main street of legian and not far at all from seminyak. Absolutely exceptional, highly recommend.
