The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They are always ready to greet you, no matter the time of day. They were very efficient in organising additional towels and our breakfast. Their communication is exceptional; there was one night where there was a power outage in the area, they were very quick to notify us via WhatsApp and provided updates of when it would be back on. A brisk 15 minute walk to the main Seminyak area with plenty of shops, restaurants and massage parlours. Legian and Padma beach close by also. Sadly we didn’t get the villa with the slide, but the pool was amazing nonetheless. Villa was well cleaned and very modern. Super comfy beds with Netflix available on all the TV’s.

Having a river close by there tends to be quite a few mozzies, so highly recommend to ensure doors are closed where necessary to avoid unwanted friends. The master downstairs in our villa didn’t have a shower, instead it had a bathtub (with an amazing view over the pool) with a retractable shower head hose, but nothing beats a good shower. Not a biggie for us.

It was wonderful, lovely staff and great place for family groups!

The services were exceptional. The management team is very prompt in their response which I liked the most. Best service I got from them.

I was dissatisfied with the breakfast, even though they made some adjustments for us. It was mostly served cold and lacked flavour. Consequently, we opted to skip breakfast at the hotel on several occasions and chose to eat at restaurants in Seminyak or Kuta instead.

We stayed in 2 of the villas with a large family group. Absolutely beautiful and so clean. Beds are so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assist our families needs.

Mosquito were terrible, stray was provided but, they were everywhere. More kitchen equipment would be good.

Loved the Beautiful villa. And the staff were amazing 24/7. My kids were soo excited with the pool and water slide.

Didnt love the location. Not walking distance to much, and very loud from other guests in accompanying villas.

The villa really looked like as in the pictures and the staff was really great. The style was amazing and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the water in the villa vanished a few times. The staff did fix the problem and provided us with complimentary breakfast for one day! Also the people from the other villas, were really loud and made lots of noise at the night. The villa itself could be isolated better from outside noises so that you can actually have a good sleep.

The villa is immaculate and has a feel of a touch of luxury. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were available at all times and were also very quick at responding to any of our requests.

Lovely place. Not walkable to most things. but only a very short taxi ride away. The staff is the most welcoming people. Made us feel right at home. You can always get in touch with them thorough WhatsApp and they will get back to you right away. Super convenient.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about! We hope to be back!

Amazing and very friendly staff. Property was neat and clean, exactly at shown in the photos. We had a great time. We were a group of 10 and hired two villas.
