The accommodation was respectful, answered all questions quickly. We were provided with a free transfer. The villa is clean, everything is neat, spacious, with all the amenities. Renting a bike or a car is a must, as the beach is not very close, as are all the attractions.

Noise from the street, especially at night. Unauthorized employees would come to us without our knowledge. Our cleaner would also come in without warning whenever he felt like it. This made us feel uncomfortable and we felt like we couldn't walk around the villa or do anything. Cleaning was done very slowly, we had to walk or walk until everything was finished.

As a family with two children, we wanted to book a fully enclosed villa, so that if the children woke through the night they would be able to find us in the master bedroom without having to access near the pool. This villa was the best! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both had direct access to the pool, but access through the kitchen/loungeroom to each other as well. Excellent communication via email and through WhatsApp and accommodated our check in needs and late check out request. Extra touches of some complimentary cold drinks as well as unlimited hot and cold water via a dispenser made our stay easy. We brought our own cereal and milk and had easy breakfasts at home each morning, and made our own ice using the water dispenser for super cold drinks on hand. There was even a blender for homemade smoothies each day, or to make sneaky cocktails. Housekeeping was available via WhatsApp to communicate best times to come by- towel origami was made for the kids room to entertain them. The rooms were dark and the beds huge and comfy. The kids (6 and 8) shared the bed in one room while we had the master bedroom with extra large ensuite and bath. Wifi Internet was great and we spent a lot of time watching movies on the couch with supermarket snacks in beautiful cold air conditioning listening to the thunderstorms. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids loved it! It’s 1.8m the whole way- so deep! However even our ASD beginning swimmer gained so much confidence within our 5 night stay to swim from one side to the other unassisted! We took some sinkies and inflatable rings for fun and they were super entertained. We could also do this with supervision from inside the air conditioned villa through the large glass doors/windows instead of having to be directly poolside (which in January during the wet season allowed the kids to swim in the rain while we stayed dry!).

The hardest part of our stay was the location. We needed to order a grab/gojek/taxi every time we wanted to head for food or activities. Honestly, not a huge problem as the apps are so easy to use, but something to be aware of as you would find it difficult to just ‘hola’ transport from the Villa. During our stay, these were generally max 30,000Rp for a car to garlic lane Legian with plenty of good places to eat, shop and entertainment along this road! We could negotiate 2x bikes on the street to get home at night (1c+1a per bike) for around the same price.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom home with full kitchen and full size fridge. A trip to Bintang Supermarket and you are sorted. The pool is awesome. I liked the outdoor shower too. Good aircon. You’ll need to taxi to most sights but you can walk down Padma to the beach in about 20 min. But it’s a pretty quiet spot which good after chaos of the beach area. Very relaxing private pool area.

Only gripe would be the sofa which is quite uncomfortable. We used the bean bags and day bed for watching tv( Netflix and prime is available in all rooms)

We reached an hour earlier then our requested check in-time (we requested to get early check-in at 12 pm as our flight was in morning). The lovely lady who manages the property came early to let us in. She is very helpful and she made sure that we get all the information we needed to start our Bali tour. The property itself was clean and comfortable. not far from market and restaurants, easy access to taxi. overall we have enjoyed staying there for 10 days.

The property is somehow not conveniently located if you wanna walk with young kids to eat or to buy groceries. It also not a walking distance to Beach (unless you wanna walk for at least 25 minutes in a hot weather). Although it doesn't bothered us much as you can order anything through grab or can catch a taxi to go to better beach nearby.

Love this property and the staff that make your stay very comfortable! The local staff are great and should receive a pay rise for how attentive they are at all times making sure everything is okay! Just a tip for the owner - you may need to look at getting a more comfortable sofa and your toilet lids are eroding/rusting in the main bathroom - just some Wear and tear but an easy fix.

We made a last-minute plan to visit Bali for a short vacation. Although it was just the two of us, we found the villa conveniently located and reasonably priced for our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed by the caretaker, who also arranged a scooter for us. The villa is beautiful, spacious enough for a family of 4-5, and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Most places, including eateries and beaches, were within a 5-10 minute scooter ride, depending on traffic and the route.

We loved the pool. The rooms both have bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff were so so lovely and accommodating.

It was close to the road so very noisy and lights from vehicles could be seen in the main bedroom. While there were a few nearby cafes and eateries, the road outside was not very friendly for walking so had to get car/motorbike everywhere.

We had a really great time at the villa, we enjoyed the comfort, quiet, cleanliness and great customer service- very polite and friendly staff Nyoman who came each day to clean the rooms and check if we needed something. The villa is spacious and was amazing for our family of 3 with a 3 year old sleeping in a separate room and we definitely loved 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The swimming pool had been cleaned every second day and we loved it has a wide step for a little one to jump and splash on. The villa is located about 10 min drive from Seminyak Square and we loved the fact it’s not centrally located so we really enjoyed peace and quiet. We were very happy with how we were treated before our stay and along the way. It felt like the staff really cared about us: they provided the step stool for our daughter and she was gifted a kids cutlery and plate set from IKEA, they also allowed us to late check-out so we had a relaxing day and didn’t feel the need to rush. Overall, such a great experience, thank you so much!

The staff were amazing and so lovely, the kids couldn’t wait to see what the house keeper had made out of the towels everyday. The pool is so nice and cool which was perfect for the hot days. So much space inside the villa and loved every second of our stay there

The water pressure isn’t great but we would still stay again

The facilities were 5 stars. Everything we needed and more was provided. It was our first time in Bali, the caretaker Nyorman and her husband are very welcoming, she is a beautiful hard working lady, I would like to revisit just to see her 😍😘💕💕 My best tips for staying in the Villa is use the gojek app if you would like to order in, and also the same app for go drive service as It cost only $2.80 aus for 25 minute drive. Also, the best place to stock up the fridge is Bintang Shopping Market..👌👌👌 You will love it 🩷
