The guys at the reception are the absolute best! We were there while our son was in the hospital and they were so helpfull, sweet en wanted to help wherever they could. They were amazing. We loved the concept of the villa, with the 'open' living room with the pool. Please also get the massage, the lady that came to the villa was so sweet!

The villa itself needs quit a bit of maintenance and a good deep clean now and then. The location is not the most beautiful in Bali, but we needed to be close to the hospital. Legian and its surroundings are busy and ugly. Please visit the east of Bali (Sidemen).

I felt like the accommodation lived up to Bali expectations, the facilities were mostly clean and I loved that we had a two bedroom family suite which actually kept my teenagers out of my pocket. Nice touch for the "hey google" thing that plays music. The aircon was nice and cold, and I tell you what, the bed and pillows - perfect.

Though, for the most part, it was pretty good, I was sad about the location, not really knowing my way around I made my selection based on proximity to town centre and beach, it really wasn't easy to get to the shops or beach. It was only a couple of dollars in a taxi, but being an unused road on the outskirts, wasn't easy just to get a cab. I must say the staff at reception helped us with that and ordered us transport when we were stuck. There was some staining to the sheets, but I could tell it was actually clean. Room cleaning occurred but only when you confirmed you wanted it, I had sort of expected it was daily irrespective.

The Villa is in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious and we loved the pool. My husband ordered flowers and fresh fruit for my birthday and it exceeded our expectations. Mini mart down the road and cafe at AB1A next door was nice as was the Prince cafe a bit further down the road. We used gojek (car) for longer trips or if we didn't feel like walking but otherwise it was a pretty easy walk to the shops and beach. Could be a bit harder if you had little kids. We also arranged to have some washing done. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. They also arranged a driver for transport to and from the airport.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, breakfasts cooked in our villa were great, the pool was wonderful and bed super comfortable. Massages in the room were divine! The daily cleaning was much appreciated too. Such a peaceful retreat from the chaos outside and the staff were helpful and accommodating of every request to make our stay more comfortable.

Tiles throughout became very slippery when wet. Location is good, but be aware that there's a kindy next door so it can get noisy with singing in the mornings, which was okay for us as we have a four year old.

Very private accommodation not overlooked, lovely private pool with sun and shade. Unlimited chilled mineral water on tap. Good ground coffee supplied daily. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi.

No in room instructions for tv etc. Could do with some literature on local area but that’s just trying to find fault on a great place.

The beautiful team working at The Decks were just wonderful. We really appreciated their support and guidance throughout our stay especially as I got extremely ill the last two days of holiday, they were so caring and assisted in every way they could. They also helped when we got stuck overnight in Ubud due to rain! They arranged motorbikes for us and there wasn’t anything requested that they didn’t go above and beyond to provide including great local places to eat. The location is perfect, a quiet street with frontage onto a river and within walking distance to many exceptional bars cafes and shops of local and international variety, great street also to get started on riding a motorbike in Bali - however if rain is on its way get started home earlier!

Nothing, would stay again.

Photos understate the beauty of the 2 bedroom villa we stayed in. Our booking was very last minute before we got on the flight from Perth, which also ended up being delayed however the staff were so kind to send a driver who was waiting for us at the airport when we finally arrived at 1am. We received a very warm welcome at nearly 2 am!! Nothing was a problem for staff. They ordered Grab transportation for us and organised our laundry to be returned cleaned same day. Incredibly graceful and kind staff! Thank you!!

Shower floor is very slippery / dangerous if not paying attention to standing position. A slip free matt could be helpful for this and cleaning with jif

Great location, nice and quiet yet just a very short walk into the busy side of Legian. While a little dated compared to other properties it was exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Would stay here again.

Would have been nice to have another sofa in the lounge area, as 3 adults we did not all fit other one. Otherwise everything was good.

Everything to like! We wanted for nothing: all the little extra things you need..beach towels, mossie coils, fully equipped kitchen, Alexa for music, tissues, bathroom stocked. Staff super friendly, location a short walk into the Main Street but far enough to enjoy the peace around the gorgeous pool! Also restaurant/cafe right next door

Nothing to not like other than having to leave!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The place was spacious with complete kitchen utensils. Wifi was super strong and fast. AC unit in my room was not working and they change it with a new unit on the same day. The place was quiet at night. In the morning you could hear the school sound although not that loud. There is also Alexa available. The pool excite us the most as we stayed there for the Nyepi Day ceremony.

Water in the bathroom and kitchen feels a bit slimy. After bathing we could still feel the soapy feeling. We guess because their water was filtered from the sea.
