Really nice staff and clean rooms with good breakfast and excellent spa for massages on site. Beautiful grounds and great pool. Very good value. We walked to Bumbu restaurant (half a mile away) which was amazing for a traditional Indonesian meal, highly recommended. Manarai at the Sofitel was also great if you want to access a beach club for the day (minimum spend on some seating areas, but you’ll likely cover it with food/drinks), staff were so nice, great comfy seats and really good food/drinks.

It’s a fairly long walk to the beach, but taxis are very cheap. Room walls are thin so you may hear your neighbours. The staff were absolutely lovely with our four year old but there were no other kids staying, so if you want to be around other families one of the beachside hotels/resorts might be better.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The only thing that annoyed me was trivial to some but I noticed that the restaurant menu said that prices included tax. When I got the bill for food they showed an ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TAX, when I queried this charge and showed them that the menu states inclusive, they just said that there had been a printing error and it should say EXCLUSIVE OF TAX. I find that they had made no effort to highlight this "error" to guests, not crossed out, no sticker saying that there is a printing error. I can only believe that this is deliberate, knowing that most guests don't look at the bill closely but this is very unfair, unjust and underhand. 😡.

Warm hospitality, truly helpful staff, nice pool, beautiful garden and decent restaurant. A comfortable and pleasant stay from start to finish.

There were a few minor oversights or delays with requests, but communication was smooth and the staff always did their best to resolve things quickly — so overall, I was very satisfied. The location is peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated. Just note that the last 250 meters to the hotel is through a very narrow alley, so some taxis might not be able or willing to enter. However, the hotel staff were always ready to assist in those situations, so it wasn't a major issue.

The property was very nice looking, calm and it appears people came to the property to rest. The pool was not crowded and everyone was seen enjoying quiet time. Their laundry facilities are cheap and express, which was helpful and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was tasty and the variety of juices were superb! The hotel is also close to restaurants and facilities + the airport, therefore location was ideal as well. Despite nested in Nusa Dua, it was very quiet.

The location and narrow street you need to pass through to reach the hotel is inconvenient, although it is nestled in a very quiet area despite the busy roads of Nusa Dua, the street was too narrow for two way travel. Other than that, there is nothing I can think of which I did not like.

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are an excellent size, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was super delicious. The pool is amazing, it was much appreciated. We had a Balinese massage that took us to paradise. We booked some tours/transfers through the hotel, which went very well, thank you for your patience with all our questions during the booking process. The location is good, a small street away from the main street, with many tasty places to eat, although the hotel also has a very good restaurant.

Nothing negative to point out.

This place exceeded our expectations - it’s located in a quite area with plenty of good restaurants in a walking distance (5-7 min). The staff is very polite and always smiling, constantly running an extra mile to make you feel like a boss. Fabulous breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, pastries and a huge variety of main course to choose from. Main beaches of Nusa Dua are located 10-15 min by car. Highly recommend this hidden gem. We will definitely come back when visiting Bali.

Very peaceful and tranquil property, with nicely maintained lawns. Some staff were friendlier than others but generally they were helpful. The rooms were massive, as were the beds which were comfortable. The pool area is lovely and relaxing.

We have spent quite a bit of time in Bali so thought we would try this location this time round however if it's your first time to Bali I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere as there is very little going on around here. We spent 3 nights here and that was plenty to spend in this area. Also if you are vegetarian or vegan as we are, just know there is very little around to eat which makes it a little tricky.

This accommodation was really nice. We stayed there 5 nights with our 2 year old daughter. There is no bufet for breakfast but you choose from three options (american, indonesian, healthy). You can also order dinner or massage.

The only disadvantage we found was the location. It is walking distance to the beach, but the beach is not very nice a there are no cafes/bars at the beach. There is only one resort next to each other. So for better experience we had to take a taxi to Nusa Dua beach. But this is not a problem of the accommodation itself.

My stay was fantastic. I was there for eight days and there is not one thing negative to mention. The staff were awesome. From tending to the bar and kitchen to making up the room everyday, there was nothing that went undone. Food was great and the free breakfast was even better. People mentioned a "narrow road" to get there, no big deal! Taxis/Ubers have it handled. Walking distance to beach. About 45 minute walk to Nusa Dua beach and a 45 minute scooter ride to Uluwatu Temple. Walk down the "narrow road" to mini-mart, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tours stands and massage. Great place for a short stay or extended!

Absolutely amazing!! I loved this hotel, so perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. The staff were all amazing and very attentive, anything you needed they were able to get for you. Food was good, a wide selection of dishes. Rooms were amazing and beds very comfy, Netflix on the TV too!! Lots of things around on the main road, which is a 4 minute walk up the side street to get to. Would definitely recommended this hotel!! Special shoutout to Adele who was amazing!!
