Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua is truly exceptional and deserves every star. The room is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, combining style with practical features. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is a clear attention to detail, and the hotel’s surroundings are peaceful, offering a quiet retreat. The hotel pool is stunning, surrounded by lush exotic plants that create a beautiful tropical garden ambiance. Breakfast is the highlight of the day, with a wide selection of delicious and healthy options, and the restaurant also serves an excellent dinner. The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience.

The location is somewhat far from clean beaches with rentable umbrellas and loungers. A beach can be reached within a 10-minute walk, but it’s littered and crowded with diesel-scented boats. Another beach is about 5 minutes further, but it lacks facilities such as food options, terraces, or even chairs and umbrellas for rent. We ended up using Grab or taxis nearly every day to reach Geger Beach, a cleaner beach with loungers and dining options, located about 7 km away. Suggestion for the hotel: Consider offering a free shuttle service for guests, running at fixed times to the Geger beache or the Nusa Dua Beaches. This would add a lot of convenience for beachgoers looking to relax by the sea without the hassle of arranging separate transport.

Excellent 5 course freshly prepared or cooked breakfast with lots of choice, included in the room price. European as well as Indonesian dishes. The freshness of the food was great. Loved the architecture and use of natural resources, Very stylish decor and attention to detail was fabulous, very aesthetically pleasing. The pool area was a good size and again, very styled and comfortable with a bar, great gym area and a yoga area. There was the opportunity to attend a daily activity if one wished to. There was a hotel library and I loved the reading nook on my balcony. The Spa is just wonderful. Again, fabulous styling, I had three different types of massage and each was carried out by staff who were very well trained and made me feel incredibly special. The staff at the whole resort are kind, courteous, friendly and it is obvious they take great pride in their role. It was really lovely to see and to be on the receiving end of.

I really didn't like the shape of the knives. The ONLY thing I didn't like about my whole stay. They were weighted very heavily at the handle, didn't cut properly and didn't sit well on plates. Sounds petty but an ordinary shaped knife really would have been better.

The staff were amazing!!! We got room upgrade, the breakfast was really good! We also appreciated a lot the activities every day and the afternoon tea. We went to the Bhava Spa, SUPER recommend!

Didnt love that the room was facing the main road, so couldn’t really enjoy the balcony due to noise. The room was great soundproof.

Beautiful place. Clean, big room with nice reading nook on the porch. Breakfast was unbelievably good. Pool area was peaceful. Gym was great. Some restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful!

If you are wanting beach access, this hotel is not near swimmable beaches. We knew that ahead so not a problem for us.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely, spacious rooms, and great facilities. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and our room had a balcony with two chairs where we could sit comfortably after a long day. A room was remarkably quiet. Getting a couple of bottles of spring water every day was a plus. The breakfast was outstanding, with considerable variety and choices to meet everyone’s preferences. The staff was truly outstanding: friendly, welcoming, kind, and hard-working.

If you plan to spend a great deal of time in the tourist enclave of Bali, this hotel is about a 40 minute walk away. We walked a couple of times to a conference that I was attending within the tourist enclave, but for the most part, we took a taxi. The taxi fair was remarkably inexpensive.

Amnaya was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we were looking for. We received a room upgrade for a review. The pool and bar service were wonderful. The restaurant food was incredible and the menu had a lot of variety. It was amazing that breakfast was included and we were able to order off the extensive restaurant breakfast menu. We hired a private driver for the day from the resort and it was a great way to see more of Bali. The massages at the Spa were incredible and luxurious. We also appreciated the quick room service and laundry service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff are excellent! So friendly and welcoming and always checking to make sure everything is good and if they can do more. Especially Fabi, Fitria, April and Candra. What a tucked away paradise, so beautifully designed and appointed. The pool area is heavenly with frangipanis and hibiscuses dropping in the pool as you swim. We stayed for two beautiful weeks in a junior suite. Very spacious with everything we could need. The included breakfast is wonderful and we also worked our way through the dinner menu over our stay. Try the Indonesian Megibung dinner for a special experience. The Bhava Spa is incredible. We enjoyed many of the couple’s experiences. The Jivva Kintamani was the incredible standout. Thank you Amnaya Resort. We hope to return to this paradise someday.

My second stay at Amnaya Nusa Dua ! As always everything was excellent. Helpful and polite staff, lovely breakfast with many choices, stylish hotel and rooms, everything super clean, and most importantly a fantastic pool area, with lots of greenery and feeling very private.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel ! The only slightly negative is its location. It is in Tanjung Benoa, about a 5 minute taxi ride north of Nusa Dua, on the main road. There are plenty of places to eat locally, but if you want outstanding shopping and eating, you will need to take the taxi ( 50,000 - 60,000 Rupiah ) south to the Bali Collective in Nusa Dusa. Or you can walk it in about 40 minutes.
