The staff were so lovely and helped accommodate to my daughter’s gluten intolerance. The breakfast was unreal! But maybe more gf options The pool was stunning Seating area around the pool was plentiful never struggled to get a seat by the pool. Cocktails and mocktails were delicious!! Family room was very kid friendly! Very excited kids entering the room and each day after cleaning they would leave a little towel person which my girls loved! Having stayed with other family members they made our rooms close together which was very considerate

The bar staff didn’t accept a happy hour order right on 5 which I think was pretty slack. Mossies kept coming into our room even keeping it shut, so maybe more protection with that - fly screens.

The breakfast was a great mix, with lots to choose from, my family and I enjoyed it a lot. The pool was amazing and kept very clean. I saw the gentleman cleaning it several times a day. It also seemed to be a salt water pool which is really nice! They were also constantly cleaning the grounds and keeping everything super tidy. We booked a family room, and we LOVED it! My kids really liked the bunk beds and they were very sturdy. It is not a super modern hotel, which we do not mind. It had so much character, details and charm, all the while feeling like a luxurious getaway. I also did a massage while there and it was amazing! Having taken many beach vacations it was not the nicest beach I had ever been to, but it was still beautiful. My kiddos just enjoyed swimming in the pool more at this location. I would definitely go back here. The staff was amazing also! So friendly and kind!

If I have to pick something to be a downfall, it would just be the beach. I have been to some really nice and some not so great beaches around the world. This one falls somewhere in the middle. Not horrible, definitely enjoyed it, but not one I wanted to really swim in or lounge on the sand. There weren't any chairs directly on the beach anyways. They had some facing it but you couldn't really see it up close that great due to the seawall (mound of sand). You could however see some of the water, the ships and some other islands in the distance which was beautiful... The pool more than made up for it!

Hotel Nikko was a great hotel. The room was spacious, and the ac worked great. They have a Japanese and Italian restaurant, and both were very good. Also, there was a lavish breakfast buffet. I had a wonderful massage at the spa.

The beach area was not good. The lounge chairs were on a plot of sand just off the pool. The water level at the roped-in beach was only ankle deep and had a lot of seaweed. On my first morning, at 8:30, housekeeping kept ringing my doorbell until I answered. He wanted to clean my room. I told him to come back later, that I was still sleeping. He started ringing my bell again at 9:30. When I am on vacation, I like to sleep in. I shouldn't have to be on housekeeping schedule. Yes, the "do not disturb" was on.

The Buffet Breakfast is first class, the room was spacious wonderful to stay in. The pool setting is always amazing and the Hotel Spa and Gym is terrific.

One thing with the pool I have noticed over the past couple of years is that the pool tiles on the bottom of the pool are starting to lift and come loose. This is very sharp on your feet and I feel it needs to be fixed in the near future. I have been coming to this resort for 15 years now and that would be the only thing that needs upgrading.

The pool and beach views were great. The pool bar and happy hour from 3-5 was a highlight and the bar staff were very friendly. There were some great dishes at the restaurant. Garden rooms were nice and the ocean view rooms were amazing.

Not much not to like. Perhaps the evening bar staff were kinda slow to make cocktails. The breakfast was a buffet style, which was good, but not amazing. The coffee from the machine was not particularly good.

The family suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Fantastic Lagoon pool with swim-up bar. Good quality buffet breakfasts, with two very good separate restaurants on site. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely spa and gym facilities. Great central location on the Nusa Dua peninsula.

The beach in front of the resort was a bit dirty. Large tide differences limited the watersport activities to certain times.

Staff were really friendly. Right on the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Pool was very pleasant and the gardens were neat.

On our visit, the Benoa beachfront from the hotel seemed to be better to swim in compared to Nusa Dua. Although the hotel is dated, the price was reasonable as we checked in when occupancy was low. We were glad that we chose this hotel before our flight out of Bali. Our room was spacious and they had good selections on offer for breakfast. There is also a shuttle bus that runs every two hours which takes you to Bali Collection for more shopping and dining options.

The swimming pool is in immediate need of repair. The broken tiles may cause injuries to guests.

Breakfast as always was good, great choices. Staff are still amazing. From booking in, poolside, cleaners, the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The pool desperately needs retiling, the Bali Luna restaurant and the other small poolside restaurant are still closed. Not much entertainment at the hotel anymore, just the music being played at the poolside bar.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Staff were smiley and helpful.

Dining room wooden chairs hard and uncomfortable. We tried to get cushioned seats on deck when possible. Background Bali music on repeat annoying.
