Great stay, the place is top notch and facilities are in good shape, the breakfast is great and has wide variety of cuisines, the pool is very nice and the infinity pool have chaise longues where you can lay down and watch the ocean while relaxing. The staff are super nice and super friendly, I asked for connected room, and on check-in date it was not available, but next day they arranged for the connected rooms and made sure that we moved everything with us to the new rooms

The beach is not suitable for swimming, it has seaweed and is very shallow to some distance (it is unfortunate as the water was nice and the beach was sandy). The restaurant dinner options were not always good (the Seafood night was good, but the Indonesian one was not so good). The water sports advertised at the beach are a little bit expensive.

This is a brilliant resort that caters for everyone. The selection of activities is great with both adult and children's activities running all day every day. The WhatsApp information link makes it easy to know what is happening and when and there are large information posters placed up around the resort with the same info for those who do not use WhatsApp. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have an air conditioning that is freezing cold if you adjust it to be so. There are two areas to this resort, the general section and then the family section. Both are about 100 meters apart but guests are able to take advantage of facilities in both of them. Highlights 1 value for money. 2 Confotable rooms 3 Great air conditioning 4 Fantastic selection of activities. 5 Best breakfast I have had in Bali in a long time. The breakfast here deserves special mention as it really is magnificent. 6 Indoor waterfall. This is one of my most recommended resorts in Bali for groups and families of all ages. 10 out of 10 first time ever recommendation by me.

The spa prices are too expensive.

Fun and relaxing all-inclusive family resort holiday! Best family hotel! This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back again! We were a family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children (7 years and 11 years) staying 6 nights on the Family paradise side in a kids suite (room 209). The room was great and we would book this spacious suite again. Our family had an amazing time away at this all-inclusive resort. We really enjoyed the pools, the activities, the spa, the service, the bars and the restaurants. You won’t ever need to leave the resort as they have everything you need for the perfect holiday!

The Resort is very nice however there are definitely things that need to be improved. All restaurants were working except the Chopsticks. The rooms a nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The food is ok but very pricey. The kids club was great. Our son loved it - but there shouldn’t be paid activities at all. The infinity pool is “adults only” but there are kids that come and make bombs in front of you all the time and there is no one to control that.

There was no proper program to entertain the guests. They should have water aerobics, yoga and some other fun things during the day as they offer All inclusive. There were not enough sun longes around the pools and the management needs to hire more staff as it is understaffed at the moment and you have to wait forever to get a meal or a drink. All inclusive guests shouldn’t sign for every drink they get. This is just ridiculous!

They had good breakfast and the restaurant staff were all so nice. The Pool was big and clean with big playground for kids

No free transport service to and from the hotel and airport. The beach has many seaweeds

Rooms and facilities such as swimming pools were really good. I loved the washing machine facility provided to the guests on payment basis especially since we stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days and had lot of clothes to wash.

Wifi was very poor in the room and in hotel premises. Beach was not clean which they should improve. Further, breakfast should have more varieties as they repeated same items most of the days.

it was a good stay , if a family books two room , we expect the rooms to be close together to each other , but we were given two seperate rooms in two separate buildings which were a bit inconvenient as we were seperated with our parents !! we booked two rooms under the same name , but still got separated, would consider the fact that families want to enjoy together on a holiday, and would not like to be separated in two separate buildings. also the buggy was hardly available any time to take around specially with small kids , you have to make them walk around or carry around to go to the next building also if this was the case it should be mentioned somewhere while booking , so there are no hidden surprises

Grand Mirage is phenominal! Well above expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff were always so lovely. The whole resort is MASSIVE and everywhere is spotless. The kids loved everything, especially the games rooms for chill time and the very yummy breakfast. The breakfast selection was more than I have ever seen in my life, and all delicious. We stayed in the family wing, which was a very short stroll from the main resort. The infinity pool for adults only is also a lovely quiet little getaway with spectacular views.

The price of the resort restaurants are very expensive. I'm sure it's great for all inclusive customers, but not for others. However, there are heaps of local restaurants across the street that are delicious and less than half the price.

What we like the most is the activities for kids. We had a 2 year old girl who had the best holiday ever (her words, not mine). Breakfast was amazing with so many options of food. There's a supermarket right across the road if you need something.
