Frangipani is 10/10 in all aspects. Wayan the host and her lovely team understand the requirements and expectations of tourists and have thought of everything. The breakfasts were the best I have had in Bali (I have been in Bali for over a month so I'm qualified to comment) - and I loved the little outdoor breakfast area in the garden. The homestay is well-situated a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a supermarket - you will find everything you need on the main road, about 3 minutes' walk from Frangipani. Warung Sari Boga on the main street at the entry to Frangipani is highly recommended, as is Area Coffee, five minutes' walk away, if you are seeking a caffeine hit . I stayed at Frangipani for 9 nights, during which I attended a family wedding and other related events in Nusa Dua - it's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the upscale hotels (10 minutes drive) so that was convenient for me to attend the various functions - but I feel I had a much more authentic experience staying at a family business where I felt a little like a family member during my stay here. I ended up staying at Frangipani Homestay for 3 nights. The owner Wayan and her staff were all welcoming, always happy to help, went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. They are genuinely nice people. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast served under frangipani trees, tasty (there are a few options to choose from) . It's a tranquil little place, a great value for money. Local shops, restaurants, spas and a pharmacy are just around the corner. Very nice Staff. The Owner, a sweet women, really went out of her way to make us takeaway packages for breakfast, because we had to leave at 2:30 am and couldn't attend the breakfast. Furthermore, we asked for some Hot Water in the Evening for our Ramen from the supermarket and she prepared them in a proper pan for us and served them beautifully on a plate. (The sincerest made Ramen i ever had :)) Other than that, it was a nice and clean homestay for a reasonable price with very nice people. It kind of felt like being at home with my family.

Excellent breakfast. Great outdoor setting with two water features and wonderful garden Good quality white bed linen. Relatively new and tasteful fittings. Lovely patio seating with privacy.

Very small room probably due to large bed. O.k. for one person but if occupied by two people no room to move. Tiny bathroom, basin in bedroom, needed to walk through shower to get to toilet, needed to sit side-saddle on toilet (knees touch wall otherwise), walking through wet shower floor to get to toilet. No cable TV as advertised.

The room was very good, definitely high value for money! The staff was also very sweet. I can surely recommend this place.

The owner is one of the friendliest, i ever met. The fodd was delicious, she made me tape, i bring to her.

This was our first stay on Bali but also the best! The place is very quiet yet there are good restaurants, stores, spa and all necessities around. Most importantly, 10 min walk to clean not crowded beaches where you can swim and relax in peace. The hostess is extremely nice, warm and very attentive, prepared delicious breakfasts for us considering our food allergies. She made us feel at home. Will recommend this homestay to everyone and will come back💛

It is nice house with huge green garden and two fountains. Room and bathroom are spacious. Cleaning on request, and you get all you need: towells, several soaps, two small bottle of water every day… Breakfast you can choose between five variants, all very tasty, and served in the morning in garden. But best of all is Wayan and all her staff, so polite and helpful people that I can not compliment enough!! They will help with everything you need, excellent service, better then in five star hotels!

Little bit musty odor in room due to humidity, small insects in bathroom..but not big issue. I can reccomend this place and it has excellent service and really affordable price.

Too much light in the room at night coming from outside. The air conditioning from the building in from of my room was loud.

Absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff and everything is very-very clean. Delicious breakfast! Very quiet!
