Exceptionally clean. Staff all incredible helpful. Deluxe rooms are huge with the biggest bed ever (2 double beds together to make super King size)!!! Pool is the cleanest pool we have ever swam in throughout all of Bali.

Outdated main areas, posters in lifts look like they haven’t been changed since the 90’s, toiletries not restocked daily and had to keep asking for basic necessities like toilet paper. Breakfast was buffet but all food was dry and average quality except for eggs as cooked fresh when asked for.

Our second stay at this hotel & will happily book here again. The pools are huge and plenty of pool lounge seats. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the staff are very helpful & friendly. We booked a deluxe room because they have a pool & beach, sea view & worth the extra $$. The bed was very comfortable too. There are restaurants and mini markets close by, and it’s just a 10 minute taxi ride to Bali Collection. We prefer a quieter location and facility, so no pool bar or loud doof doof music (the restaurant serves food and drinks all day on request).Approx 30 mins from the airport.

Delux room with pool view was a bit old (furniture, broken edges and floor tiles) although all rooms seemed clean and have all neccesaries (even toothpaste and -brush, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, coffee and tea making fascilities, water, fridge) Hotel area and exterior is much better than the rooms Small mosquitos when getting dark

The room was very big and clean. I liked the enormous pool and the proximity of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No chairs and table on the balcony with sea view. Not enough food at the breakfast. Not enough sunbeds. The beach bar was closed. The food a la cart in the restaurant needs a lot of improvement especially in the taste area.

The staff overall was friendly and helpful, except for one staff member named Erna. Unfortunately, she was not helpful at all. She displayed a negative attitude, made faces, and came across as arrogant. While speaking with her colleagues in their native language, it was clear from her demeanor that she was unhappy and unwilling to assist. My request was denied without any proper explanation or effort to help. The hotel’s location is great, and the general service was good. However, the property is quite old and in need of updates and modern facilities. We experienced issues with the air conditioning — it broke down, and we had to change rooms multiple times as a result. I strongly suggest that Erna receives proper training on customer service, as her behavior left a very poor impression.

There are only few sunbeds on the beach. And beach itself is small and lacked cleaning some days. Hotel is quite far from activities, you will need a bike or a taxi. Though there are some restaraunts around. Hotel SPA is very expensive, didn't try it, as SPAs in the street are 3 times cheaper :)

Great location nearby the airport. Nice hotel with all the possible facilities. Decent breakfast buffet. I had a room with pool and ocean view. There was a fridge, kettle and every day fresh bottled water, which was totally awesome. Laundry service very fast and cheap. On the same street plenty of small SPA places and small travel's agents to get yourself a day trip where you may need. Supermarket across the street and few more in a radius of 1km. Reasonable prices at the restaurant.

Not enough beds around pool. If I didn't come very early, I could not get space until early afternoon. Staff in restaurant could be more friendly.

Location hotel is located on cusp of benoa and nusa dua nestled between tijili hotel on one side and Conrad apartments two doors up on other . There is a convience store across street which also has ATM. Group of lovely vendors about 6 doors up across from Conrad hotel prices reasonable they sell clothing some souveneirs .next to them is another convience store. All staff in hotel friendly , no onewould pass without saying hell. Restaurant offers buffet breakfast ,and small lunch and dinner menus. Bar reopening soon, staff being employed (informed by manager). Other restaurants now reopened in area. Nothing is ever too much trouble,as given last visit to hotel in may 22 hotel just operating with skeleton staff.as country had just reopened their borders. Staff contacted each guest for their breakfast order every day and it would be prepared as requested. Housekeeping I had lovely lady this visit, she was extremely thorough.

Great location. Huge pool. The most comfortable beds. My husband got extremely sick and they had a Dr in our room in 20 minutes.

I’m sure some people would find something to pick at but I can’t think of any negative.

Smoking permitted in restaurant.. really? Not acceptable in 2023. People Smoking around their children and mine. Shameful. I smoke and i wouldn't dream of smoking around others. So selfish. And irresponsible of hotel to allow it, especially when eating. Location. Nothing much to do nearby. Restaurant a bit pricey for what it is.
