I love everything about this property. This is my second time with my family. The pool is massive. Definitely recommend getting the pool access room hundred percent The food is amazing. The bartenders are amazing. Everyone is amazing watersports out the front

Loved everything

Awesome service. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Very big compound and we spend everyday stayed in the hotel, enjoying the pool and beach. The seafood restaurant (Eight Degrees South) serve very fresh seafood and delicious meal. We had our dinner there for the last 3 nights of our stay. Wish we had tried this place earlier. Stayed in the King deluxe room on the ground floor, facing water garden, we can walk out directly yo the beach.

Nothing much outside the hotel, just some local shops and a mini mart. There was quite strong petrol smell from the jet ski at the beach area as there were a lot of water activities going on. Beach had quite a lot of seaweed, not as clear.

After an exhausting 16-hour flight, our group of 15 arrived at Conrad Bali. To our surprise, there was a problem with our booking through Booking.com. Our rooms were too small and there was confusion about our half-board arrangement, where only 9 of us were entitled to it and the rest would have to pay per dinner. Fortunately, our problem was quickly and professionally resolved by the hotel manager, Kevin. His prompt action and customer service ensured that our stay was not only memorable but also hassle-free. We would also like to thank Sumantara for her excellent hospitality and care during our stay. The staff at Conrad Bali is exceptionally friendly and service-oriented. The word 'no' does not seem to exist for them, as everything we needed was possible. The hotel itself is an oasis of peace and cleanliness, with ample sunbeds at both the pool and the sea. The food is absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that made each meal a celebration. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bali. This hotel undoubtedly deserves a high recommendation for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable holiday in a beautiful setting. Conrad Bali is truly a gem not to be missed!

just be attention that if you are looking for a good beach for swimming - it's better to choose another one. In this place water is low and beach is not good for swimming.

Amazing location,beautiful resort with all activities in 1 location,which made it perfect while traveling with 4 kids.The staff added some beautiful extra touches for our daughter’s 1st birthday.The hotel staff were so warm and wonderful and attended to any need immediately.Breakfast was amazing at both Suku and Rin(loved the staff at Rin who treated us like family).I would highly recommend Conrad Bali to anyone looking to spend a luxurious and relaxed holiday.It was easy to travel to places we wanted to visit and the neighbourhood felt safe,family friendly and quiet.The resort was close to grocery stores and spas,which was a plus.

I would recommend keeping liquid handwash in the bathrooms and plastic cutlery and plates etc for family rooms for the kids.Apart from that our rooms were amazing and quite spacious with all necessity amenities at hand.

The resort was great and not too crowded despite being high season. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The motorsports activities and jetskis on the beach were loud and left a permanent bad smell of petrol. If you are looking for a beach to relax on, this is not it! Unfortunately, motorboats speeding 15 meters away from the shoreline destroy the relaxing beach environment. It's a shame how easily you can ruin an experience.

Once the reservation issue was acknowledged, the guest services team handled it professionally within a few hours, despite the hotel being fully booked. They kindly moved us to two different rooms during our stay—both were spacious and comfortable. The RIN restaurant was peaceful and enjoyable. The beach was fun for walking out during low tide, especially for kids. The property itself has all the expected features of a five-star resort.

Our reservation experience was disappointing. Although we had clearly communicated we were a family of four and requested a pool-access room, we were initially given a small room in an isolated corner with a construction view—even though we had paid for an upgrade. The hotel was extremely crowded, especially at breakfast, with long queues and a loud atmosphere. It felt more like an American resort than a local Balinese experience, with very little cultural touch. Unfortunately, the overall vibe was too busy for us, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

It was very clean and spacious. Service was top notch. Our room ( suite ) was awsome.

I think the prices for food and beverages are too high. We had half board but for kids you cannot order a soda ( cola) but have to choose for some ice tea. Cola is around 3- 3,5 euro extra. Small thing considering the money we spent but a bit annoying. Better to offer soda in the package.

I loved the hotel lobby with its touch of authentic Bali feel mixed with modernism. The main pool with its lush landscaping is stunning. the drop off experience it’s very well designed also. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of landscaping . Staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They have a seaside restaurant with a great setting and lovely sea food.

We were disappointed with the kids club, it was designed for toddlers only, and we therefore couldn’t leave our 7 year old and couldn’t enjoy some time alone at all. As for our room, even though spacious, didn’t have much shelves so our clothes ended up scattered all over the room. Food in the seafood restaurant was amazing, but for the main restaurant could be better .

Excellent hotel! Clean and well maintained. Great pools and food choices. The main restaurant had a mix of a la carte and buffet, with several shows during our stay. Nusa Dua is a quieter resort with less traffic in this area than other areas of Bali. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Has a small sandy beach right outside the hotel, with excellent views from the seafront rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to hire a driver for day trips but beware the traffic and travel time everywhere in Bali! Less developed local area in between the big resort hotels in Nusa Dua, with far fewer cafe/bar/restaurants outside the hotel than in the other major tourist areas, but this will improve with time).
