Overall nice property, really enjoyed the pools and rooms. Nice restaurant and nice breakfast included. A beautiful black cat and beautiful crème cat hang around the resort, please feed them.

A little far from the rest of Nusa Dua and not close to a nice swimming beach.

The whole property is such a little oasis, the staff is the nicest and most helpful, and it’s really good value for money. I loved my stay and even came back at the end of my Bali adventures. I also got the four hands massage (several times) at the hotel in a private gazebo by one of the two pools for 150’000 idr and they were fantastic. The whole vibe is really relaxed and lovely and the staff will go above and beyond to make you feel at home and help when needed. They even accepted to keep my backpack in storage while I went around Bali, until I came back to the hotel, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much to the whole team and see you next time !

First, the positives. Has a lovely relaxed vibe away from the main road and big resorts. Staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately my room was right next to the open air restaurant and a big group of long-stay guests use it to smoke, have group work meetings and talk long into the night (one night til 4am) which is not why I chose an out-of-the way hotel. Solved once I found my earplugs as no other room was available.

We have been there quite a few times - I LOVE it there. Benoa may not be the best place in Bali BUT Kubu Garden suites and Villas is the best place in Bali. They also have other properties which are equally wonderful - I can't fault any of them. The owners and staff are beyond welcoming, friendly and obliging ... they treat you like family, especially when you are a return guest. I love 'homestays' you are not just a number on the door but a friend and its nice to give back to the beautiful Balinese rather than some big international company. This is undeniably one of the best places to stay.

There isn't anything really, however, the beds are very firm and that is not for everyone. Not a negative, just a heads up.

We have been staying in villa for 6 days. Very beautiful place. There is everything for comfortable rest. It’s very clean, service is excellent.

It's a good half hour walk to the nice beaches. Book the deluxe room we had standard and there was no kettle and a few insects in the bathroom. (I don't think a kettle should be classed as an upgrade.)

Very attentive, above and beyond front of house staff who went out of their way to accommodate anything we asked for, even whisking my wife to the medical centre. We were able to lounge by the main pool for a few hours while waiting to catch our flight - thank you so much for that! Comfy beds, nice linen. Beautifully decorated throughout. Warm, clean and inviting pool. Great outdoor lounging areas. Filtered hot and cold water. Good selection of food on the menu. Very generous breakfast included in our price. Highly recommended!

Noisy air conditioner, with a bright LED display meant we needed ear plugs and eye masks to sleep. Food was a little slow in coming sometimes.

It was a very quiet location and perfect stay for me after having had surgery at the nearby BIMC hospital. I stayed from my check out of hospital until I had me stitches out five days later. The staff were beautifully attentive while being in the background. The pool and gardens were lovely. The breakfast was served to you at the table and with a lot of option, perfect every time. Breakfast was included in the price. I would stay again for sure.

The only thing missing for me was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, however the Bali coffee at breakfast was a freshly brewed delight.

This property is literally a hidden gem. Like so good that I’m shocked it wasn’t full (we booked the day of). Stunning secret property in an unexpecting place. Beautiful decor. Accommodating staff (we got there early) and they provide to-go breakfast if you have to leave early. We will definitely be back.

No real complaints. My only advice to the Hotel is that they need to do a better job advertising their food - ITS SO GOOD! You just wouldn’t know it because they’re aren’t any reviews/pictures. You must eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner if staying. Thanks, Kubu Garden!
