The serenity of the gardens made my stay so peaceful and calm. The breakfast that was included was perfect for my requirements - scrambled eggs, potatoes and vegies followed by freshly cut fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The positioning of the hotel was perfect, just a one minute stroll to the main street so all shops and restaurants were close by. Definitely will consider returning to this place again.

Nice tranquil location back off the street. Two lovely staff who made the breakfasts and did all the cleaning and servicing of rooms to a high standard. Pool and grounds were a pleasure to relax in.

The lack of information available at reception on things to do in Nusa Dua and no one regularly available to answer any inquiries on such things. However, once contact was established they could not have been more helpful.

Comfortable bed, large room, good airconditioner (I set it up for 26 not 18! so it was quiet during the night. Quiet, not on the main road. Basic breakfast but good. You can use the kitchen to make your own coffee or smoothie. The small fridge in the room is handy. Swimming pool ok. There are 3 cute cats at the property (and the old dog). Cleaning every day and a new set of towels. Bottled water in the room and the possibility to refill them. Wifi is ok.

The bathroom shower tap was old and the water pressure was poor. Also not very hot but it didn't matter much, it was refreshing enough. Not much furniture to put your clothes into. The wardrobe was inside the bathroom - weird design as all gets wet and starts smelling. There is some staff on site, you can ask them basic things but it is not 24/7 reception. During our stay there were other guests who worked from the dining area remotely (maybe because this was the only place with the tables). This is open space and their discussions can be heard in our room at night so sleeping was difficult. They also partied one night which was very loud. None of the staff intervened - they might have left for the night.

I traveled with a family with young children - we had a great time here! Very positive and welcoming staff, warm attitude. Convenient that the owners help with laundry (send to laundry and bring the next day), also there are transfers if needed. The territory is well maintained, clean. The kids loved the format of being able to leave the room on their own and walk around the inner area and swim when they wanted to. In walking distance there are cafes, to the cool beach about 7 minutes by cab (near Grand Hyatt). Great wifi!

The staff were so warm and friendly. The hotel was small and had a family vibe. Plenty of smiles at any time of the day or night. The room and bathroom were extra large. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Just a short stroll down a well lit lane way at night brought you to the main roads for shops, restaurants and waterfront. Being off the main road, the hotel was super quiet.

Nothing to not like.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool area is comfortable and we were given pool towels. Good Aircon. We were given free coconuts fresh from their coconut tree! Arrived early and was allowed in our rooms straight away. The owners were so kind and helpful. They organised a day trip for us (very reasonably priced), gave us free lifts to and from the beach (a party of 8 so used a car and scooter) and helped us to organise our onward travel to Nusa Penida, Gili T and then back to Bali - taking us to Sanur to get the ferry too! We were very grateful for all their efforts in helping our trip round Bali a smooth one.

Enjoyed our stay here. Felt so homey and also the pets they own were an added bonus. The kids loved playing with them and giving them cuddles. The staff were also great but would be nice to have one extra staff that can understand English. But Either way, they were all lovely and looked after us. Felt like I was home away from home. I highly recommend the place and would definitely return here if I were to return. I just miss the pets❤️

Communication

Great little place in Nusa dua for the last 4 days of a 16 day trip .Set right back off the main Rd so very Quiet but good little walk up the strip for multiple food and Spa choices in both directions. Staff very polite and helpful .Great breakfast option in the mornings .

Our host Wayan and Ayu went out of their well to see to it that my family had the best experience. They took good care of us from checking in to planning outings at very competitive prices to ensuring that we don’t get taken advantage as tourists

The hosts were extremly friendly and welcoming and helped us out everytime we needed something. Also the stuff was extremly friendly. The accomodation was clean, very spacious and modern. We loved the beautiful garden and the sweet cat Manis who lives there as a guestcat! We even extend our stay because we loved the atmosphere there and the calm. Perfect to enjoy and relax your soul. Thank you for the pleasant stay!! If we come to Bali again, we would definitley come back.
