- Morning coffee with sea view - food for a reasonable price - nice staff - free water every day

the Beach in front of the hotel is not really for swimming, the beach itself is lovely with sunbeds and umbrellas, the water is quite dirty though. we went to other beaches for swimming. the walls in the hotel are quite thin - you can hear every sound from everywhere.

The roof top pool and gym were mercifully empty so we had a great workout and was able to sunbathe topless.

The tiles in the pools are broken in places This is bound to cause an injury. The noise from other guests leaving their rooms early in the morning was a nuisance. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was undrinkable, consequently we only ate there once. The pasta ordered from the room service was revolting. The sheets had holes in and should have been repaired or replaced.

We loved our room on the courtyard terrace and found the patio to be nice and private. The staff were all very friendly but in particular a young lady named Ayu. She was such a friendly, positive and intelligent young lady that made us feel so welcome. She is definitely an asset to your hotel and made our stay good. Your gardens were beautifully maintained and the Warung area were relaxing and perfect for lunch or a snack.

Unfortunately, we did not like the breakfast buffet as it was not up to our expectations as there was not enough selection for westerners such as cheese and mushrooms for omelettes. We ended up going next door every day to the BRR for their breakfast buffet as they had a better array of options.

We had an amazing stay at Tijili Benoa. Staff were very accommodating for our family (1 adult and 3 children) and placed us close to our friends. The rooms were clean with daily servicing, comfortable beds, smart TV with Netflix comparability, absolutely stunning pools that we often had full use of by ourselves. The staff were very friendly at all times and helped us out with lots of photo ops. The location is excellent. Can wander along the beach for a beautiful coastal run. Excellent restaurants, spas, family friendly restaurants, mini supermarkets in walking distance. Staff help you cross the busy road.

The service the staff offered was great from the reception to the restaurant and in between. The staff always had smile in their face! The original room we booked through booking.com was very averaged, but after discussing with the reception, we were provided alternatives and ended up upgrading the room for a ocean view room (recommended). Price at their beach bar/restaurant was very competitive!

It wasn't mentioned in the description of the hotel on booking.com that the hotel was going through a transformation due to a change of ownership in march/april 2024. Therefore, there were no skybar (but the pool was accessible), there were only 1 restaurant and bar available and so on. In saying that, it didn't affect our stay too much. If I really had to say something I didn't like was probably the issues at the restaurant with making sure they had all the ingredients to make what they advertised. For example, there were 2-3 days without burgers due to no cheese, no meat or no bread. - but that was very minor! :)

Super friendly and helpful staff. The food at the bar/restaurant at the beach was very good. The location of the hotel is great to reach many attractions by bike or car in short time like the GWK Cultural Park, the Bali Zoo, bird park and reptile park, the Turtle Conservation And Education Center and more. Lots of water sport activities available to book at the beach.

The WiFi in my room was not too good and unfortunately the bar at the rooftop pool was not open.

Rooftop pool could be better if more areas made for sun beds that capture the views and a little more shade from direct sun. Had two rooms due to a/c breakage. This was not a problem but saw that both rooms hand held shower head didn’t sit in the fitting properly making showering more difficult than it had to be. Neither of these things would stop me staying there again 😊

At the check out they asked us to pay 100.000rp for dirty sheets on one day (when we were 22 days there). It was weird. I didn't pay, because to me - to change a dirty sheet is one of the main purposes of the hotel and it IS included in the price of every night. Other thing is that the beach is not very clean and the ocean is not deep, but with little children it was ok. 🦟 Be aware of mosquitos at the sunset!!!! (6:30pm) There are millions of them!!! Same breakfast every morning... So for 22 mornings we were already pretty sick of it... Don't recommend staying here for so long as we did) Everyone was asking us already when do we leave 😅

It’s a very comfortable beach front hotel. The sea view room is so perfect and satisfying as you wake up in the morning with the perfect nature scene in front of you. All the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating doing their utmost effort to make you stay at home and manage any problems that could unexpectedly come out doing our stay. Thank you all
