Direct and immediate beach access (the website should advertise this a bit more as it wasn't clear to me when I booked - planned less days than here than I would have if I'd known). Located more secluded at the end of the beach stretch. Partnered with water sports activity center next door (but unfortunately I was sunburnt from previous trip and did not partake). Indoor pool with associated outdoor pantry, and room in general was a cool design. Providing international adapters for sockets was a simple but nice touch, and delivering breakfast to rooms was also a great service.

Showerhead (top-down rain style) was partially blocked. The glass separation of shower from toilet in the room was a bit annoying. WC had very weak water flush. TV did not have netflix, although it did have many cable channels. The neighbourhood in general is high end, so despite many food options around, they are mostly overpriced (not any fault of the hotel though). The outdoor shared pool is a simple rectangular pool that serves its purpose, but given this is Bali and at Nusa Dua, we do tend to have slightly higher expectations (especially when comparing to the neighbouring resorts).

We stayed in Private pool room. It was so night and clean and comfy. Loved it. People were so friendly and helpul

It's not near from main beach of nusa Dua so you still need to take grab to go there but it's not that far either.

The hotel has good location. Its near the airport, some restaurants and shops. The staff are really friendly and very helpful.

I booked the villa with private pool which was really amazing. The only thing is the pool need renovation.

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The Microwave added to the comfort. It is next to the beach but this beach has boats parked so difficult to swim or bathe. excellent location. The staff is very polite. breakfast is very very nice. Though we are vegetarians, still they provided us ample food.Overall a very comfortable stay

A lovely little place, close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us.

People were able to wander into the hotel grounds from the beach with no check. We didn't have a problem with security, but it didn't feel particularly secure.

Our villa was close to the beach. Our room was lovely with an out door kitchen and private swimming pool. The bed was comfortable great air conditioning, nice shower. Plenty of cupboard space. The breakfast was amazing and more than enough food. The choices were great with American and Balinese on offer. Nice coffee, juices, pasties and fruit. Intimate setting in the dining room or dining in your own room. The location was great we love this area close to restaurants, bars, spas, coffee places and mini marts everywhere. Will definitely stay at Benoa again.

They was construction work in front of the Villa and with the rainy conditions it was a little tricky and messy returning to the Villa especially at night.

The Villa very comfortable...Villa pool very clean..breakfast amazing...restaurants in walking distance...this is better than lot of 5 star stays

Not a hotel issue but the amount of plastic bottles on the beach outside.. atrocious...and the very many poor sellers along the beach front not a good sight..both these issues makes for a not good sight for tourists who are residing in some expensive hotels...it spoils the ambience

Villa with a pool was excellent value. Lovely room and splash pool. Outside pool was also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty average and because there was no restaurant you couldn't get a drink during the day

We recently stayed at Benoa Sea Suites and Villasl for 10 days, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Nothing to complain about

Lots of construction happening at the front of the development and the place looks more like a building site rather than a little gem of a hotel. Concierge was on point and was full of information and recommendations. Once checked in our room was already pre-cooled and was welcome relief from the hot of the day. The villa was lovely and was pretty clean. Having the private pool is a real win. You can enjoy a quick dip and rinse off at your leisure. I was impressed by the breakfast it was very well proportioned and had a decent amount of variety too. All in all, I enjoyed my time here and would happily book this again next time I'm in ND.
