This place is a hidden gem. Considering the price paid, it’s an amazing deal. The rooms are actually bigger than they look in photos, you can choose to eat breakfast in the restaurant or on your room terrace (which is nice thing to have since you can enjoy the amazing quiet garden). Good wifi, good hot water pressure (which I know it’s an issue in the area), walking distance to the beach, restaurants, massage. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are so nice and kind, they treated me so much consideration. I highly recommend the place for such a small budget (the rooms are not perfect, you might still see some scratches on the walls, but they are clean and comfortable).

Was just a bit hard to find somebody for checking in at arrival - but thank God this is Bali and you always have people around to ask for help.

We loved everything! The staff are amazing. Breakfast is delicious and there are many options available. Very clean property. Lovely swimming pool. Bear in mind that this is a budget accommodation for Nusa Dua area, so set your expectations right . The rooms are not the newest, but we had everything we needed. Cold AC. Quite street. Lots of restaurants around.

This place is a gem. The rooms were clean and tidy, hot shower, good aircon and bottled water each day. The staff were incredible, they even helped with our laundry. The pool area is very relaxing and quiet. The location of the hotel is off the main road so it is very quiet. There are some nice restaurants nearby, but other than that, there wasn’t much to do in the area. We spent our time sunbathing by the pool.

More sun beds by the pool are needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. I especially want to note the following points: - the rooms are clean and comfortable, - beautiful hotel area, - there is a swimming pool, - wide choice of breakfasts (very tasty and large - enough to feel full!), - friendly staff who are always ready to help!

There is no beach within walking distance from the hotel where you can swim

The rooms and swimming pool were so peaceful and quiet. The spa next door was excellent.

We were not walking distance to anything much - in fact had to walk some ways to find breakfast. When we arrived (with warning) at 9 at night there was no one around and our driver had to call for someone to see us in - we were waiting around half an hour before a guy in his pajamas turned up… We had no instructions on how to use the safe - and the room attendant tried to show us, but it still didn’t work.

The staff were the best!! So helpful and just lovely to us every day - nothing was an issue at all! I loved that this property was nice and private, whilst still being so close to all the other resorts around Nusa Dua which made it a perfect choice for us as we were traveling with a large group of people staying at different places.

Have stayed at Kaniya pre Covid, and nothing has changed. It is a great guesthouse, very clean with very efficient, polite, and happy staff. It is quiet and relaxing with a lovely Spa facility which I would certainly recommend. The coffee shop at the front has a cheap breakfast menu which is appreciated and the coffee is the best.

There is nothing not to like at Kaniya.

Kaniya is a small family own bed and breakfast in nusa dua. The rooms are simple & good, with view to blossoming trees & flowers. The garden is small but cute, the pool is confortable and the hotel spa is great. The staff members are all very nice & caring. Overall the place is a really nice price/quality ! You are in the middle of the city, but the place is as calm as possible.
