We were greeted as soon as we arrived, and check-in was super smooth. The surrounds were very well maintained lush tropical gardens, giving a relaxed feel. The room was a good size with a large cupboard space and a spacious bathroom. Access was via a lift or stairs. The room and whole hotel were spotless (daily housekeeping). . There were plenty of things to do at the hotel or nearby eg. watersports, walking trail and a courtesy bus running throughout the day to/from Bali Collection. There was a small convenience store directly across the road, which was handy. Breakfast was very well organised with great variety and the coffee was very good! The staff always seemed happy and were friendly.

The only downside for us was that our room was on the side of the building, so the balcony faced a privacy wall made of shade cloth. We can see that eventually plants will grow across the cloth, which will create a nice private area. To overcome this, we simply took advantage of all the other quiet spaces scattered throughout the hotel to read or relax.

The pool was well placed and perfect for swimming and paddling. The bar cafe next to the pool was well located with good food and drink menu options . The staff are amazing and the rooms very clean.

Not enough beach umbrellas to provide shade for the lounge chairs and those that were there were mostly broken. The reading room was lacking a range of books and comfortable lounging chairs. The spaces for other activities such as the pool table were not inviting or comfortable. The finer details I would expect for a five star hotel were missing - this includes a stocked mini bar, individual soaps shampoos etc, proper teaspoons with tea and coffee, streaming service such as Netflix, and unlimited free safe drinking water.

Beautiful resort just don’t book the road side rooms as they are too noisy. The staff are beautiful - all of them are so happy and helpful. The food is amazing- fresh and good quality. It has everything you want- loved our stay. The pool needs some work as tiles falling off everywhere and it’s dangerous- That’s my only fault.

Pool is tired needs a makeover as lots of tiles falling off- my son cut his foot. He was ok but it shouldn’t happen.

Very beautiful and clean resort, the staff very friendly, and the food was excellent, especially breakfast with lots of choices and very fresh and tasty food. Excellent stay with kids - the free kid's menu is excellent, and the kids club and pool were great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with kids!

The beach was nothing special, ok for water sport but not great to swim.

Really nice accommodation, right at the beach. The restaurant was pretty good and the rooms had a nice view. The staff were really kind and helpful.

The sea at the hotel was full of plants and only a small area was cleaned to swim. Basically all hotel guests stayed in the pools.

Staff are friendly and will sincerely try to resolve any problems you have Free of charge use of pool table, table tennis, table football Decent breakfast spread although quite repetitive Some nice healthy salads on the menu

The beach is sandy but was really dirty, so much trash near the water. (Looks like it washed up from the sea, so I’m not saying it’s the fault of the resort, more just an fyi if you have young kids) The kids meals are tiny, so if going half board, bear in mind that anyone 12 and under is only allowed to order from a limited kids menu, which isn’t enough nor as good as the adults menu

The pool and the beach are amazing. You can do all the beach sports like speed boat, banana boats, flying cats etc from this beach itself. They have free cycles for riding on the beach, free kids club where you can leave your kids between 9 to 6, book nanny for under 2, pool table, table tennis etc. The spa has some good packages and great technicians.

The food in the restaurant is not so great. The local cusines are good but most of the other cusines are sub par. The morning buffet breakfast is worth the money and has a great selection over 100 items. But please avoid the lunch and dinner packaged with your hotel room booking as the are just 2 course meal and have poor la-carte' menu.

The property is in a great location. You can go for good walks all along the promenade. Our room overlooked the sea so had a beautiful view. Both pools are excellent. There is a good variety of meals. Due to a dental problem, the food I now eat is limited, but the chef happily catered for this. All the meals were delicious and not overpriced. There was lots of variety for breakfast. All the hotel staff are exceptionally helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they should be commended for a great service, always with a smile! In all, we feel that everything has exceeded our expectations. We are continuing to stay a further week. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Awesome staff, very friendly and kind. Good breakfast. Again with the support of staff - you can get almost anything you want for breakfast. Clean rooms. If you are travelling with the kids they can eat dinner for free from a kids menu.

The sea - not the hotel problem. Nusa Dua beach area is beautiful with white sand and clean ocean. But due to tides the sea is available only in the first part of the day, later it is just gone. (I mean gone gone). Location: the hotel is not really in the Nusa Dua area, which has nice pavements, green area and other hotels. The hotel is on the regular Balinese street, with crazy traffic and no place to hide. But you can walk along the beach and get to other hotels quite fast (depending on the hotel). Swimming pool is a bit dated, tiles are missing here and there. Kids loved it anyway.

We loved the activities like water aerobics and fruit carving very much. The Kids' Club was wonderful to keep the little ones occupied and the activities in the Kids' Club were organised very well. Breakfast was superb! Our rooms were luxurious and the staff kept it immaculately clean.

Although the staff are so incredibly friendly, it is frustrating to get information from them, because their answers are always non-committal. It seems as though they are so scared of offending you, that they cannot say yes/no and give you a straight answer. This made checking in our big family quite difficult.
