We were greeted as soon as we arrived, and check-in was super smooth. The surrounds were very well maintained lush tropical gardens, giving a relaxed feel. The room was a good size with a large cupboard space and a spacious bathroom. Access was via a lift or stairs. The room and whole hotel were spotless (daily housekeeping). . There were plenty of things to do at the hotel or nearby eg. watersports, walking trail and a courtesy bus running throughout the day to/from Bali Collection. There was a small convenience store directly across the road, which was handy. Breakfast was very well organised with great variety and the coffee was very good! The staff always seemed happy and were friendly.

The only downside for us was that our room was on the side of the building, so the balcony faced a privacy wall made of shade cloth. We can see that eventually plants will grow across the cloth, which will create a nice private area. To overcome this, we simply took advantage of all the other quiet spaces scattered throughout the hotel to read or relax.

The pool was well placed and perfect for swimming and paddling. The bar cafe next to the pool was well located with good food and drink menu options . The staff are amazing and the rooms very clean.

Not enough beach umbrellas to provide shade for the lounge chairs and those that were there were mostly broken. The reading room was lacking a range of books and comfortable lounging chairs. The spaces for other activities such as the pool table were not inviting or comfortable. The finer details I would expect for a five star hotel were missing - this includes a stocked mini bar, individual soaps shampoos etc, proper teaspoons with tea and coffee, streaming service such as Netflix, and unlimited free safe drinking water.

Beautiful resort just don’t book the road side rooms as they are too noisy. The staff are beautiful - all of them are so happy and helpful. The food is amazing- fresh and good quality. It has everything you want- loved our stay. The pool needs some work as tiles falling off everywhere and it’s dangerous- That’s my only fault.

Pool is tired needs a makeover as lots of tiles falling off- my son cut his foot. He was ok but it shouldn’t happen.

We’re a family with young children, coming to Bali from the UK, with me wanting to make this trip for 15 years! We decided to start in Nusa Dua as it seemed like a good area for young families and this hotel, particularly, also seemed that it would tick many boxes for us. We were so glad we made this choice, as it actually exceeded our expectations! We’re quite fussy about quality and were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of our Family Adventure Suite (sea view). The breakfasts were excellent - so much choice - and we were able to feel relaxed and confident about one of our children’s food allergies, as the staff were so careful and supportive about this. He could even have his favourite foods made specially without the allergen. The dinners, too, were always delicious, my only feedback being that it would have been good to have a few more healthy options for children - there were all the Western crowd pleasers, which I understand covers a lot of options, but it would have been great for these to have been served with veg or salad. We had to keep paying extra for adult portions of these things just so that we could then offer them to our children. The pools were very much enjoyed by us - I don’t think they’d be much fun if travelling without children, particularly as the one indoor courtyard pool was too cold to swim in and always empty as a result - but the outdoor one was very much geared to children and families and suited us perfectly. Our only frustration was that there were never enough sun loungers or even, in lieu of these, just somewhere to put our towels and bags. It did feel like there was space for this, so the hotel would easily address this. We loved exploring the beach and enjoying the changes throughout the day of small waves or gentle paddling.

Not a negative but a tip for light sleepers to bring earplugs as it’s quite noisy as soon as other guests are awake. We also would have loved there to have been more sun loungers or, at least, space for belongings poolside.

Very beautiful and clean resort, the staff very friendly, and the food was excellent, especially breakfast with lots of choices and very fresh and tasty food. Excellent stay with kids - the free kid's menu is excellent, and the kids club and pool were great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with kids!

The beach was nothing special, ok for water sport but not great to swim.

Really nice accommodation, right at the beach. The restaurant was pretty good and the rooms had a nice view. The staff were really kind and helpful.

The sea at the hotel was full of plants and only a small area was cleaned to swim. Basically all hotel guests stayed in the pools.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel in Bali! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness really stood out. We especially enjoyed the themed dinners, which added a fun and unique touch to our evenings. But what truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Rika, who was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and attentive, and he spent a lot of time entertaining our little one – which we truly appreciated. He made us feel like family, and that made all the difference. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back someday!

The beach is sandy but was really dirty, so much trash near the water. (Looks like it washed up from the sea, so I’m not saying it’s the fault of the resort, more just an fyi if you have young kids) The kids meals are tiny, so if going half board, bear in mind that anyone 12 and under is only allowed to order from a limited kids menu, which isn’t enough nor as good as the adults menu

This resort absolutely exceeded all our expectations- we cannot rate the staff and facilities high enough. The rooms are stunning and cleanliness was exceptional. We are 2 adults and 2 young children, our toddler slept in the day bed which transformed well into a toddler bed. And the super king accommodated the rest. The staff were incredibly helpful, fun, kind and really made the trip special for our children- going above and beyond. Ari, Putu and Wira at the Pasar restaurant were outstanding, we looked forward to seeing them each day and hope to see them on our next trip. Ina and Lia at the kids club were so helpful and the kids loved them. The nanny service was great and cheaper than at other resorts. The restaurant served incredible food at very reasonable prices- a proption of kids eat free meant our Dailey budget was slashed. Also IHG members get 20% off food bills so the over all good spend was a real saving compared to other resorts! The beach is right there, lovely to have as a backdrop when swimming in the pool or from your room balcony. The front desk staff were amazing organising everything we asked for and always with a smile. We can’t wait to come back!
