Great and smiley service, especially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Our favourite was Ardani - such a nice young lady :) Great rooms - especially the suite. Big and comfy beds. Walking distance to the beaches. Staff verry attentive. Sometimes asking too much (((: But better than nothing!

Wifi - abyolutely TERRIBLE!!! Loging out all the time on all of our devices!!!!!! Breakfast setup was veeery poor.. Definitely should add more oprions, there is space for that. Also most of the things had sauces on top which is not ideal and not tasty.

Excellent breakfast; eggs any way you like them; the usual spread. The room was spacious; good water pressure from the shower. The grounds themselves are peaceful and overall quiet. The Indian restaurant that is part of the hotel is very, very good.

Because there are so many roosters and chickens surrounding the place, unless you're an early riser you will hear constant crowing from daybreak. Secondly, as I was leaving, I got flagged down because I had taken the very small bottle of insect repellant that was in my room. I thought it was mine to have, but apparently not. To me that was pretty petty on the hotel's part since it was a very small bottle and for what I paid nightly for a room, they should have just let it go.

Great service and food

Huge, comfortable bed and spacious modern room. Coffee, tea, and water provided everyday Good breakfast although menu mainly catered to Indian guests, was still able to eat well in the morning as the staff made me french toast and eggs the way I wanted it. Nice swimming pool Beach walking distance c.15min.

Strong sewage smell outside the hotel and loads of garbage thrown out right besides the hotel..huge put off as it smells so bad! Some beach towels had holes or stains, likewise with shower towels

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant is really good when it comes to the Indian cuisine. The walking corridor feels surreal.

The bedsheets did have a few spots on, but they were clean and freshly washed. The breakfast can be improved. There is no meat option for breakfast. Chicken with soy sauce is really not a good breakfast option for westerners.

Overall quite ok for me. The room is comfortable but it's just small hotel but a little bit pricy.

1. Please put aircond at lobby or at lease fan. It's like in the oven especially in the afternoon. Also put aircond in the restaurant. 2. Please and please install aircond at the main area at the Suite Room. It's really hot! 🥵

Staff, services, cleanliness, comfort and outstanding restaurant serving delicious Indian and Indonesian delicacies. Breakfast is plentiful and it offers a 10% discount a la carte. Although I didn't use it, it has a beach deal with a nearby beach resort with a complementary shuttle. I loved relaxing at the swimming pool. There's a Pepito mini market nearby.

It doesn't have any eco friendly sustainability measures.

Staff were lovely, and couldn’t do more to accommodate.

It’s a shame the restaurant is separate to the hotel and consequently you cannot put your food on the room bill. But it’s a small thing

Good quiet location near the beach. Clean comfortable rooms, well working WiFi. Tasty breakfasts. 20min drive from Jimbaran beach where you could enjoy amazing seafood with reasonable price! There are cheap and good laundries around.

The room service food was overpriced. Nothing is nearby except for the beach (annoying services and vendors). You need a bike to go to other places.

I liked every thing in this hotel, I stayed in 5 hotels in bali and Sunshine is the best of them, if I come to bali again all my stay will be in Bali Sunshine Inn
