Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. So many options, everything fresh and delicious. The rooms are better than the pictures show. Not huge but we found them plenty spacious enough. The terrace king room was lovely, big bathroom and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent. Gardens are beautiful. The pools are great. So many great things for kids...ice cream, bikes, tables tennis, playing at the beach, waterslide, fountains, games. We had the best time, the property exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very dark and quiet with comfy beds - we slept so well the whole time. The local area is nice, you can walk to other resorts or Bali Collection for different restaurants and shops. Ikan restaurant was great. Yummy food and so accommodating of kids.

The on site restaurants lacked a bit of atmosphere (except for the Ikan on the beach). The poolside menu and restaurant menus could do with more vegetarian options and more fresh options - better salads etc.

We stayed in the reconstructed Premium section, which was truly a treat - modern and generously spacious rooms with a lot of useful free stuff (2l of water including!). It also features it's own pool and "living room" where you can spend your time before check-in or after check-out (it has a fully equipped shower too!) you also absolutely need to.mention the well equipped gym with modern equipment including lots of weights, yoga mats, etc. We also loved the breakfast where they offer truly everything the heart desires, of you are a fitness freak or a gourmet. I have to mention the Ikan and Velera restaurants, which are worth visiting (unlike Hanabe, which didn't meet our expectations). Above all, the smiley and attentive staff was a highlight that brought everything together, from pool guys to waiters - everybody! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truth be told, as pf May 2025, the hotel is undergoing intensive (re)construction, which includes a whole new section by the pool (drilling and construction sounds whole day), but in the Premium section you don't really hear and neither at the beach, so we didn't mind much. But stay away from the standard rooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The facilities great, we spent most time by the pool but the beach area was also great. The breakfast had great options and all delivered. The room was spacious and the AC worked very well. The hotel is next to other hotels and you can walk on the beach path and have dinner / drinks at other hotels.

The night lights in the room was faulty but that's just a slight inconvenience.

We stayed in 4 hotels in Bali during our 14 day holiday after 10 nights at the Centara grand resort Phuket . The Westin is the best hotel I have stayed at ticking every box . I have stayed at the St Regis in Langkawi the Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi but for me the Westin Nusa Dua was total class and absolutely probably The best I have stayed at. The breakfast was defo the best I have ever come across. The choice was crazy ! The staff , the beach the pool and the list goes on. This hotel had the BEST sunbeds . Plenty of fantastic quality towels by the pool the beach . I would ajways stay there when I go to Bali again and I will go back . The most beautiful island ever !!! My husbands tooth broke and Arif in reception spent half an hour getting us an appointment . So so fantastic . The staff can’t do enough for you . It was my birthday and I got special sweets and a beautiful towel cake on my bed. The Italian Frego Restaurant was to die for . The best mushroom Risotto with truffle oil I have ever had ! Better than the one I had in Sardinia. All in all a stunning resort !

We booked it half board through booking.com. It was very disappointing that Booking.com and Westin messed up the booking as I had to spend several hours explaining our booking inclusions. It appears staff reception had no idea what booking.com booked as they seem to completely ignore the booking confirmation which was emailed to us. Took me 3 hours to sort out with booking.com and then with hotel to fix things. Very poor experience on day 1, not sure who to blame, booking.com or the hotel

The property is lovely and has a lot to offer for a family vacation. The location and food at the hotel was also very good.

The rooms require a complete revamp and the furniture is very old. There were red ants in the rooms and especially in the bathrooms.

- Right on the beach - Very nice pool - Very good breakfast, although cheese board could have more options and they can be more attentive to directions at the egg station. - Great water pressure in the bathroom. Initially we did get a room that didn’t have any hot water but they changed the room, which solved that issue. - Lovely staff - Amazing beds - Great live music at the pool bar

- Nothing in the vicinity of the hotel so you need to get a ride to go anywhere. - The rooms are super small. Our initial room had us two people running into each other when moving around.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and location. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
