Very nice little hotel with private villa type accommodation. The bed was comfy, the outside sitting area was very nice and they brought the breakfast to the room. Only 10 min walking to one of the best beaches there in front of Aodya hotel. You are passing by a very nice street with lots of clothes shops and restaurants. The supermarket is just across the street and a very nice cafe next to it. The promenade by the beach is very long, you can walk for hours up along the coast. Very good value for money, just behind the big resort hotels. The whole area is very clean with lots of greenery to walk around.

After they turned off the swimming pool noise, everything was good along the whole stay of 5 days.

Location was perfect for us, massages, restaurants and supermarkets very close by and a short walk to market shops 😀 Room was clean and large enough and the pool was beautiful. The staff were happy and 24 hour security made us feel really safe. Scooter park right outside and the juices from the cafe were delicious

Complimentary breakfast wouldn't/couldn't be served before 9am so we only got it once. I understand Bali time but from 9 the traffic is terrible, starting the day early is helpful if you want to see the rest of the island. The kitchen wasn't very equipped and I had to ask for a kettle to be supplied to boil water for coffee.

The Villa is lovely and spacious and clean, the linen was nice and lovely fluffy towels, the facitlities are good, good size fridge, theres a supermaket across the road and a laundry service next door and Natys resturant across the road was really good. Location is good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definatley stay there again.

Just few minor things, There was no hand soap in the bathrooms I had to purchase soap from across the road at the supermarket. There were no bathmats, hand towels or facewashers and no tea towels to dry up the dishes.

we wanted a quite side of Bali when we first arrived the front entrance didn’t look very good but the villas at rear were great and once we got settled in the beach was very close (a nice 15 min walk) the benefit of being central all shops and restaurants at your door step overall a great stay

Very central to restaurants and shops. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Loved the private pool and enjoyed the breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as described but it didn't worry us as we ate out. However, the refrigerator was great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for shopping and eating. It's 300 meters to a nice beach.

The 2 bedroom villa is starting to show its age. Things like the washing machine were broken, the kitchen items like the saucepan was old and stained. Booking.com site mentions that it has a dishwasher and hair dryer, but there isn't any. It's not the villas fault but the small creatures running around insude the roof and walls kept us awake a few nights. Because the villa is open to the weather it gets a bit dusty, so things need to get wiped over before using them. All that being said we would stay there again because of the staff, location and the pool.

Quite, peaceful, comfortable villa with plunge pool, excellent helpful staff, great coffee and Ice cream from associated shop, supermarket directly across the road, plenty of Restaurants close by and beach is 15 min walk. The staff made this and enjoyable staff, so helpful and friendly, providing a great breakfast and clean room

The staff its very nice young and welcome The rooms and bathrooms are very big and photos are real Beach its not far,just 10mins by walking Markets next to villas

I like this Villa , it is located inside and has small comfort pool in my room . It also has small kitchen so you can cook and prepare the food. Breakfast is also good and delicious. Spacious room and bathroom. For me its perfect and not pricey. The staff also very kind. Gelato ice cream sell in front of the hotel. Some restaurants beside the hotel and there is delicious Italian restaurant about 150 m from the Villa. Will come back again :)
