The room was small, but clean and tidy. The bathroom was also in good condition. The location was also good for a hotel of this category: it was about 15-minute walk to Nusa Dua Beach, and it took about the same period of time to walk to the Pacific Museum. There were also souvenir shops and massage parlors in the nearby streets. We had previously booked a transfer from Ngurah Rai Airport to hotel. Everything was done smoothly despite the fact that our flight from Kuala Lumpur had been delayed for 12 hours and we arrived in the early morning of the next day instead of the evening of the scheduled day. The reception staff was very attentive, so they were helping us to call a motorbike taxi and provided us with the contact details of a local guide called Augustin, with whom we spent the entire day visiting traditional Balinese theater performances, Ubud with its famous Hindu temple, rice terraces, a waterfall, a local plantation, and ending with a delicious and affordable dinner at a nice restaurant.

We would like for breakfast to be more variable.

The ‘fitness centre’ only had a few machines, not a proper gym set up.

The people who worked at the hotel were very friendly and very well disposed. I liked the breakfast, it was varied and if something ran out they refilled it without delay. The rooms are air-conditioned and have everything you need.

The hotel in the common areas does not have air conditioning, so the pool water is sometimes hotter than the environment, the same with the elevators. The other guests were very boisterous, banging on doors or ringing the doorbell throughout the night and you could hear it being inside the room. The pillows are giant and your neck hurts when you use them. The shower has no door or how to prevent the rest of the bathroom from getting wet when you take a shower.

The location is perfect, as it is close to restaurants, the beach, and shopping areas. We had a comfortable stay, and the pool area is also quite attractive. The hotel is beautiful, and all the staff members are really nice and friendly.

Some areas need improvement. The bath towels are due for a change, as some have stains. Additionally, some of the coffee cups are a bit dirty. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The room had everything one needs. Toiletries, coffee, tea, two bathing towels, dryer, two hand towels, complementary water bottles (4). The staff came to clean and replace all items every day without calling them. The hotel had free breakfast which was mostly Indonesian food which was interesting. The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm. It also had a fitness centre with basic cardio machines. Overall a wonderful stay.

The staff kept coming every day early. Once it really disturbed my sleep. I could have kept the privacy board outside so it's not really a complaint.

Spacious rooms, beach within walking distance and also a shuttle available, breakfast reasonably varied.

No private sunbeds on the beach, soap provided in a small glass container that easily slips and broke in our case, and it was not replaced. We had to buy our own soap, though shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom, which may be sufficient for some guests.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. We appreciated the most: very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly rich breakfast for the fact that it is a 3-star hotel - we have not come across anything similar in this segment yet. A large, very clean pool with a pleasant temperature and a sufficient number of sunbeds with umbrellas. The equipment of the rooms is at a decent level, the air conditioning is sufficient. Complementary water in the rooms is a nice bonus. Parking lot with sufficient capacity. Nothing to complain about.

This is our Third visit to Santika. We had a couple of little issues but the staff were amazing in sorting things out. DeeDee was superb! went above and beyond to help us. My husband and i backpacked Bali/Lombok for a month for our honeymoon only sfaying a few days in each place. This was one of our favorites. Such a diamond in the rough. Most hotels around here are double if not triple the price. This one was an amazing bang for your buck. It is within walking distance to tons of shops, food, and the beach. Close commut to Koral: Bali’s First Aquarium Restaurant which is a must do on your trip to Bali. Their breakfast buffet goes above and beyond as do their staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

The hotel is good, comfy bed, located in Nusa Dua but on a very busy road, you need a car or a motorbike to move around, the location didn't bother us as we got a car for the whole time we spent in Bali

The cleanliness could be improved, the shower head was not running, we really had some difficulties taking a shower, everything is old, poor breakfast
