Great location - the Main Street with loads of food options is right next to the resort. Those interested in more “local” local fare just have to walk a bit further - and you get clear local pricing of food, and not those more bloated for tourists. Pool is amazing - great temperature all day long. Gym facilities were clean and loads of options. Short walk to a clean beach. Price was very reasonable with spacious rooms.

- breakfast was so yummy, and so many options for vegetarians and vegans - the pool area is very nice and relaxing - the bed was big and very comfy. The pillows were so nice and cosy! And they brought more pillows and blankets when we requested - very easy to use safe - nice bathtub - they gave free bottled water to drink and brush our teeth - the room service was so great, many options, and good options 24 hours. The options had good labelling on allergens and plant-based meals - the hotel staff was amazing, so caring, polite and nice. We fell ill with Bali belly during our trip and everyone was so kind and nice, arranging a doctor for us, making us rice porridge and toast and calling us to check in. It was very easy to extend our stay one night because of it, we are overwhelmed with gratitude and with the staff's kindness. Thank you so much! - shuttle to and from the beach are a plus definitely

- the breakfast was very nice for vegans, but the labels on allergens and plant-based food were not so clear (they were not there at all) At some moments I had to wait several minutes so many staff members to find out if porridge contained cow milk (it did) as there were no labels. but there were still many options. - the ac was blowing directly on the face which was a bit too much when asleep but not too bothering - rooms were a bit outdated, and the TVs kind of old but honestly we did not come to Bali to watch tv so this is really really minor, especially when contrasted to the overall structure of the hotel which was great

the hotel was great , relaxing .. breakfast was nice , but location is superb quiet . great area to run and cycle .. have shuttle services to go to beach and bali collection.

needs more options for vegetarioans as they are less for Indians and vegan.

Ask the transport counter female staff to book for a Bluebird taxi to airport and even highlighted that we want meter taxi and willing to pay for the highway toll fees and airport entrance charges. To our horror, 5mins onto the taxi, we realised the meter charger was not on, immediately we asked to turn on the meter but the driver refuse and say that the female staff from the hotel told him to charge us 250,000idr for the transport. Thought Bluebird taxi was a very safe transport in Bali which was agreed by the authority that they won't overcharge but I doubt so now after this incident. Very disappoint with the staff whom book the taxi for us.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, such careful attention to detail and staff work so hard to keep the gardens and buildings looking amazing. The hotel has a very relaxed feel, the lagoon pool is spectacular and the perfect temperature! Rooms are very spacious and comfy beds. Plenty of bottled water is provided each day. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony in the evenings too. The Momo cafe breakfast has endless options and is amazing too! Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. We loved spending time at the beach club too, the shuttle bus leaves every hour which was perfect. We were able to enjoy drinks and lunch at the beach club and have a shower there after our surfing session!

The pool closed at 7pm which was a shame as we would've liked to go for an evening swim on some occasions. Other than that, I cannot fault anything about this hotel.

Beautiful pools. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A couple of times we had to ask for things that were missing from our room and within five minutes someone had to come with the coffee or a towel. There was a good activity programme we enjoyed the meditation, yoga and cycling. Although it being a large hotel and very busy at breakfast, we never had to wait for a table and breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

I liked everything.

We were a disappointed with the location. On the Courtyard website photos made it look as if the hotel was on the beach with pictures of sun lounges on the beach. We should have checked the map and bit more closely. Courtyard does have its own beach club & free transport to it. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun lounges. No having to get up early to reserve one. No problem finding something delicious to eat for breakfast. Very spoilt for choice.

As I said before. Would have preferred a hotel on the beach.

I was truly impressed by the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, along with the thoughtful touches of welcome drinks, personalised messages, and snacks awaiting us in the room. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully equipped with all the amenities, and had excellent air conditioning, making it a very pleasant and comfortable retreat. The peaceful surroundings and immaculate cleanliness added to the relaxing atmosphere. This resort is fantastic value for money, and I’m already looking forward to my return in December!

Incredible experience. Great place for a family vacation. Excellent food in the restaurants and last but not least, great cocktails offered by my new friend Asmara, who mixes them at the pool bar. An absolutely fantastic value for money. Excellent facilities, comfortable and big rooms, huge pools. A true resort in a small paradise in Bali. Staff is always kind and helpful. It does not have direct access to the beach, however the shuttle works very well (5 min trip every hour). And the reserved area in the beach is awesome. Breakfast is very complete. Also, nice kids club and close to restaurants and shopping mall (Bali Collection).

It could have more beds by the pool, seemed not enough for the dimension of the resort. Also, the lines for the shuttle and beach beds were rarely organized by the staff, and some (rude) guests just passed in front of everyone which causes some stress that can be avoided. But nothing is perfect, just a few suggestions. One side of the resort suffers from some noise of the restaurants and bars, a bit annoying at night.
