Very friendly and professional team,special mention to Arthar who gave a high standard of service at breakfast. From the General manager throughout all the team,including the drivers,all were so friendly and professional. Thank you for the room upgrade,the villa was superb with a great size pool. Attention to detail and the service was amazing. Reception provided towels in a lovely beach bag. By far our best stay in Bali with the added bonus a short walk to the most beautiful white sand beach which was clean with good facilities.

By no means did it affect our stay but for feedback purposes only we tried to order room service from the Tapas menu but advised room service menu was only from the main restaurant.

The rooms are so spacious and very clean. We had our own private pool and day bed which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were excellent and attentive. This is a luxury stay and ideal for anyone who enjoys a tranquil stay with no children around. Our highlight was the Balinese cooking class with Chef Beny. I highly recommend this to anyone staying at the Bale.

The gym is not that great but it has the basic equipment for exercise. A better aircon is needed.

Fantastic villa with private pool separate bathroom and large living room and outdoor area with daybed. On the first night we met a wonderful staff member called Wisnu who introduced us to the Bali Mojito and looked after us exceptionally well over the few nights when we dropped by for a few night caps. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were just wonderful. Especially Serina and Dewa. Greg the manager of the hotel was wonderful and very helpful with dinner options and a conversation. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, there was some road noise (motorbikes and trucks) which tapered off later at night, but it was very noticeable the first night. We did get used to it though.

The staff was amazing.The villa was beautiful and we loved your pick and drop service.

The insect repellent spray doesn’t work at all.The matches are very hard to use as well.

The breakfast was amazing and had a very good variety of different options. All staff were absolutely incredible and very accomodating. Special mention to Yanick who was honestly just so lovely to us during our whole visit, thank you!

The only feedback I could think of would to maybe change up the flavour daily of the juice shot which is provided at breakfast

The space structure and its layout

Building is a bit outdated, needs a few painting and pressure washing jobs on walls, wooden frames, furniture. The property needs small decor touches, more plants on tables, more vases with plants on the breakfast area, lobby, restaurant area, even at the villa outside area. It is missing interior and exterior decoration to make it more cosy and charming. Ambience is a bit bare.

Love the villa and everything about it. Love the promptness of every requests we ask for - whether through call or through the app. The services from ALL the staffs - from the reception, to the butler services, to the spa massauer - are exceptional. I even had a surprise birthday cake when I didn't inform them of my birthday. Special thanks to all the staffs who service us during our stay. Will definitely come back again in our next trip. Love the spa treatment and the massauer - Partini and Ratih - who are very professional and bubbly. Also love it that we get complimentary tickets and transport to Canna Beach.

Expect some insects/bugs in the villa during the stay since it is very close to nature.

First and foremost, the staff across the site were fabulous. Nothing was too much effort and when we had a mini-medical emergency (unrelated to the hotel), they went out of their way to find solutions and ferry us to a local pharmacy. We had a couples massage package and it was divine. Indulgent in every sense and my masseuse was superb. Would also highly recommend the cooking class with head chef Beny - he's a delight to be around with a great sense of humour, and takes you to the markets where he sources the hotel's fish and vegetables. An unforgettable experience immersing in the hustle and bustle of a thriving fish market. Be warned - the dried fish smell is pungent! On returning, we cooked and and got to feast on the four delicious dishes we prepared. Our villa was number 30 and it was quiet and felt private. It's a generous space and we were sad to leave it behind. The pool access from sliding doors in the bathroom is a great touch. Cleanliness is never in doubt. The pride that the resort staff take in their workplace is humbling. It creates that feeling of being invited into someone's home, where that someone knows how to host properly. In terms of access to other areas, we spent a couple of days day-tripping in Uluwatu around the Bingin Beach area, and the journey over there takes 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. There are bluebird taxis dotted all around the hotel area making for an easy experience. It took about 20 minutes to get to the airport. Looking froward to our return trip in a couple of years :)

The general property is a little tired in places but that can be easily explained by the fact they only reopened a matter of months ago following covid closures! Nothing a lick of paint cannot fix.

The staff are amazingly friendly, respectful and attentive - the property was as advertised, so luxurious, clean (three times a day cleaned rooms) and very comfortable. I brought my wife and 17 year old daughter and we enjoyed the 2 villa complex - a total 480m2, two villa, big pool and garden - but honestly, we spent our days out, then a short relax in the main pool/bar. We ate 4 nights out of 7 at the hotel, and was always very happy. Its a small boutique set up, so think you will get big buffets, instead you will enjoy healthy sized, fresh and cooked to order food, served by the friendliest staff. Also, dont come here if you want a lively bar, or pool/entertainment - it’s all about relaxation, privacy, personal attention - my bag!. Lastly, again i want to recognised the number and quality of staff - amazing.

The gym - ok, i train a bit, but on holiday still like to have some options. The gym had solid range of dumbbells, but the machines need an upgrade.

Our stay at The Balé Nusa Dua surpassed all expectations from the moment we arrived. The quality of the villa exceeded by far what we were expecting, offering a luxurious and serene retreat. But what we truly loved is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every encounter felt genuine, making us feel truly valued. We definitely can't wait to come back.
