Very close to the beach and the fancy resorts. Professional and friendly staff.

We took Deluxe room thinking that this one is going to be better but it’s the same like the regular one. Room a little bit too small and bad smell in the bathroom.

What attracted me to this place, was the bedding and the elegance netting around the Bed. The staff were very welcoming and warm. It was nice to see and meet the manager, who was just casually walking around greeting guests Very Quite and Peaceful Room, clean every day. The Villa is absolutely stunning, pool was great and the Bathroom very nice.

You can see the cracks along the walls and Bathroom. Wear and tear.

Breakfast had multiple options to choose from and they were all absolutely delicious. The restaurant was serving lunch and dinner with an option for room service that also had multiple options cooked expertly. The property is a walking distance to Gigger beach and temple and an enjoyable longer walk to Bali Collection. The property also offers free Bicycles that you can enjoy a ride around. The staff made our stay an absolute joy and we loved every moment of it, the personal touches and what they did for my wife's Birthday was something we'll never forget ☺

Very welcoming and polite staff. Beautiful garden of the hotel with a nice tropical vibe. The pool was nice and not busy. We did not have any geckos or insects in the room. We had free shuttle transfer to the beaches (Geger and Megniat) or the Bali collection mall at 11h, with return pickup times at 15h and 18h. The breakfast was good with a couple of options. The staff tried their best to accomodate us with a special allergy request (gluten). When you arrive you get a welcome drink and a voucher for a 15 minute massage, which you can upgrade. After the massage you are treated with cake and tea.

The bathroom could be renovated. There are some stains and a smell of mold.

Boutique hotel in beautiful green surroundings . Our room was lovely , great air conditioning , big bathroom . The restaurant is small and overlooks the pool but we got a table easily. Breakfast & dinner was delicious . There is a shuttle that will take you to the beautiful beaches. It is a little way out of the centre but an easy taxi ride. We also used the spa and had a massage . Afterwards they served us tea and cakes in the restaurant ! The best thing about this hotel is the staff they cant do enough for you even packed us a breakfast as we had an early flight and had to check out at 5am . We would definitely stay here again !

Location - quiet and close to Nusa Dua beaches and the south Uluwatu area, but also easy access to Kuta and Changu. Also easy and relatively fast to reach the airport.

Initially, we were shown some rooms that were smelling of damp, which we refused due to my wife's health condition. We had to wait a couple of hours and were then given the ground floor of a villa, which was excellent! I think the accommodation apartments need a refurbishment! 'Free' Shuttle bus to the beach starting at 11:00 AM? C'mon! This is a joke!

We really loved our stay at La Berceuse - the hotel is nice and spacious, spread out around the restaurant and the pool. My room was large with a lovely bed (and mosquito nets), clean bathroom and balcony for having a drink before dinner! The staff were incredibly kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was open early till late, with lovely coffee available outside of meals also. Overall, fantastic value for money to be honest.

Genuinely nothing bad - might have been nicer to a bit closer to the beach, but the hotel ran a free shuttle so really can't complain.

Hands down one of the best accomodation I have rented for work related purpose (and do I travel A LOT). My colleagues and myself really appreciated the warm welcoming after 20hrs + journey to the island. Amazing staff, very available, extremely friendly and helpful. Roomy and comfortable rooms, with a nice design. Great and affordable menu options, both for breakfast (different choices: Balinese, continental, etc.. from a la carte) and other meals, variety of juice (and other) cocktails and attention to detail in the presentation of food. The resort is a bit away to the bigger Hotels "estate" in Nusa Dua (but very close, 5 min or so drive), which allows one to really relax at the end of very busy days, away from the hustle and bustle. Reception was always available to assist for calling metered taxis. Highy recommend using the spa services (massage) if you can find the time. The final attention was providing me with access to room for an end of afternoon final shower (as I had to check out at noon due to resort being fully booked), which was hugely appreciated before heading out to the airport.... Will most definitely recommend and will come back again, this time to enjoy a villa with family if I get the opportunity.

The resort is amazing! There are some lovely beaches around that are very worth visiting. The staff was very professional and helpful. Beautiful decor as well. Great food at the restaurant, which made us to be regulars.

You have to know that Nusa Dua is pretty much a resort location, so outside of the resorts it is not similar to the rest of Bali. Getting taxi rides proved to be quite challenging so having your own car or planning it prior with the hotel or drivers is recommended. Also, if you are using an Esim you should know that they might not work at the area, which could just be me but it is worth-noting.

Lovely rustic and authentic feeling resort. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was quite nice! Very good price for what you get!

Room was quite dusty, especially under and around the bed. Also the bed had really sharp corners covered by the mosquito nets so we definitely have bruises from hitting into them while walking around. Also the hotel is on not quite in Nusa Dua proper, a little way before you see the welcome sign for the actual peninsula, but it was only 10 mins or so on a bike. So not too bad at all!
