The property is a hidden gem in a small local street, just of a key road, 500m away from the 5 star Apurva Kempinski, where we often visited for meals, the beach, and evening drinks. From the outside there is no idea of how lovely it is on the inside. The private pool was in excellent condition, and the large size of the villa, style, and comfort were perfect for us, a family of 5 including 2 children. The kitchen facilities were excellent, including purified hot, room temp, and cold water. There is a small local "7-Eleven" style shop about 100m around the corner for immediate needs. Solid internet and an office desk to work from should you need it. At night you don't hear the busy-ish road at all, rather the occasional cooing of chickens and roosters. The host was excellent with daily servicing of the villa, suggestions for days out, and transport to/from the airport. All in all a brilliant place for a break away.

No issues here. The small no-exit road outside is one lane and the taxis need to go forward up the hill to turn around.

A wonderful villa with an amazing garden with pool. Total privacy. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning every day. A wonderful host, who helped us with everything.

A little far from Nusa Dua village, but there are a lot of taxi, both cars and scooters. Otherwise the host can fix a scooter for you to drive by yourself.

We had the most amazing stay in villa breeze! The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll away from the ocean. The villa itself is a perfect family retreat – spacious, well-designed, and filled with all the amenities. The cozy living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made us feel right at home. The beachside atmosphere combined with the family-friendly ambiance made this villa an absolute gem. We're already planning our next stay!
