Staff were wonderful. Always smiling and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was excellent - Plentiful and lots of options. Pool area was great. Rooms were comfortable. Very short walk to exit the nusa dua area and back to the regular bali streets, shops, restaurants etc.

Whilst it is only a 3 minute shuttle ride to their beach and small beach club or a 10 minute walk, there are other resorts next door with pools, eating areas etc overlooking the beach. It was difficult at times to find seats together around the pool for a family of 5. It would have been nice for the staff to walk around the pool a little more often and ask for drink orders etc.

We had an apartment suite and it was spacious and on the ground floor. Couldn't fault our accommodation. The pool was nearby (pretty much opposite). Lots of variability in the buffet breakfast. If you wish to walk into Bali collection or the other shops and eateries nearby it's an easy short walk. Private beach was great and relaxing. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The evening 'specials' were very expensive and we therefore chose to go out to eat. I feel that if they reduced their prices a little, they'd have more popularity with these events.

Great value for money, beautiful grounds/pool and friendly staff. Rooms were big. Only downside was the shower/bath combo. NB 1 bedroom allows for 4 ppl in the booking, but it only has one bed so you either need to pay for extra beds for older kids or byo.

We booked the 3 and 2 bedroom with private pool rooms for 11 friends. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached. The living and dining room was spacious and well equipped. the grounds are beautiful and staff were lovely. Our booking included breakfast which was substantial and days we could not make it the staff brought food to our rooms. AMAZING. the attached pool was fantastic to use day or night. it was cleaned daily and so was the apartment. from the check in staff to the daily cleaners to the ladies at breakfast, to room service, nothing was too much to ask. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend it. We will certainly return. there was a shuttle service to the Beach and Shopping.

Sometimes the air-conditioning needed gas as it was running continuously during to outside heat. and a funny smell emitted from one bathroom. we just stuck a towel over the drain hole and that helped. Another suggestion is to offer air conditioned space for breakfast. limited fans was just not enough to enjoy a pleasantly cool space to breakfast leisurely.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with their lovely smiles. We were supposed to stay at a one-bedroom but got upgraded to a 2-bedroom. The facilities were very family-friendly. The pool was the place we frequent and it’s kid-friendly. We enjoyed the food, especially the buffet bfast as they serve tropical fruits that are quite expensive to buy back home. They have kids’ club but there’s too many things to do with the kids in the resort that we didn’t get to leave the kids there. At the beach, it was peaceful and it’s good they had a shuttle every 15mins.

Excellent location, very specious and comfortable apartment, very well equipped with everything you need. I loved the terrace- it was huge. The furniture in our apartment was pretty new. Pool was great, as well as the beach. The shuttle to the beach was nice bonus. The restaurant is big enough so we never have to wait to be placed for breakfast. Food in the morning buffet was great. For me excellent choice for family with kids. Price was also very good. We’ll definitely stay again here if we visit Bali again

Relaxed feel. Our room was large and well appointed. Restaurants within walking distance.

The WiFi around the pool was poor. It was better in the room but still would drop out regularly.

We took a one bedroom suite. Very spacious. Room had a drinking water dispenser, large fridge and facilities for cooking. The living room sofas were made to bed by the hotel staff without any additional charge. The balcony was overlooking the pool and had ample space. The swimming pool was large and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing.

Could have added a microwave. Only teabags were available. Some coffee powder would have been nice.

The 1BR suite we stayed in was very spacious and the hotel accommodated our needs by setting up the sofa beds for the kids. The buffet breakfast is worth every dollar and the variety is phenomenal. The resort is huge and met all our needs plus its walking distance to the local restaurants, massage spas and shops. This was our second stay at the Novotel Nusa Dua and we'll definitely stay here again.

Nothing negative at all but perhaps the hotel rates could be more competitive and that would offer more value for money and returning guests.

The pool was really good but the cleanliness was not perfect with the bedsheet clearly not having been changed and the floor not being the cleanest. Staff are nice and friendly and it is a good hotel for families

Cleanliness of the apartment was not perfect with the bedsheet clearly not having been changed and the floor not being the cleanest. In general the unit was not clean with alot of dust. Also the location is ideal for those wanting to stay in Nusa Dua but if plan to move around in Bali, it can be quite a remote location
