Staff. The best hospitality and support of staff I've ever met. They helped to locate our forgotten items and send it with Gojek.Breakfast was great. Swimming pool is nice and neat. Location is good, near groceries and affordable restaurants. Beach is quite far by walk- 30-40 mins. Coolers with hot and cold water was everywhere. Free local coffee was available at a reception all the time.

Facilities. Room was moist. Couldn't sleep because of the fungus smell from bathroom. the AC had to be constantly on in order not to accumulate the moist. Shower and bathtubs were not working properly. Shower was not covered, so all the water was spilling across the bathroom and further to the room.

cozy rooms with air-con, clean bathrooms with hot water shower absolutely fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of food offered including soups, chicken with rice, omelettes, fruits, etc.

it is a bit far from the beach, but no problem if you have any means of transportation

It was super clean, good amenities, they service the rooms pretty Quickly, my check in time was at midday, there was hot and cold water available at all times, nice and big space near the pool and where brwakfast was served. Staff was nice although their english is not pretty good so sometimes it was a bit of a struggle but that happens.almpst in all Indonesia. Ac working perfectly.

Breakfast was good but everything was cold. Every day there was a different option as asían bb but yet cold. Internet was sometimes down.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and I was impressed that it was included as part of the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided me with 2 adapters free to use during my stay since I had forgotten to bring one. The room was comfortable. Convenient location to the convention center where I was having a meeting.

The staffs are friendly and quick to attend to clients. In addition, security is excellent so as food and facilities.

The showers do not have shower curtains thus causing water to spill everywhere in the bathroom floor.

Cheap and simple, good price, really lovely and helpful staff and the breakfast is pretty good

for £18 a night couldn’t fault it had everything I needed, beds were comfy, showers worked, friendly staff, good area definitely deserves more than its 2* rating

WiFi was hit and miss, ended up having to sit in the reception to download films before going back to the room

Good breakfast and location is near the little central hub if locals. I enjoyed. Only 5 min ride from the beach. My room was smelling a little bit but I asked and they changed me straight away. I would stay there again.

The atmosphere, the cleanliness and location. everyone was super friendly and accommodating for any wishes

Pool use time should be 6am to 9pm,after a busy meeting we want to spend some time in the pool but when we come back to the hotel it's 6pm and the pool is close
