The location is nice. It is near the beach, sovenir shops and convention center. Ambience is relaxing and calming, perfect for a weekend retreat. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Also within the area are warungs where you can buy cheap but tasty Indonesian food. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests.

There were stains in the toilet bowl seat and as well as the linens. Just minor stains which is understandable since it is difficult to maintain a busy homestay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Beautiful pool area! Very close to a lot of food shops, so it is very easy to grab a meal from outside. When we asked, we were allowed to get our own coconut freshly from the tree- that very kind!

The TV did not have international channels. The bathtub did not have a plug. But those were minor issues. Overall,our stay was very pleasant!

It is a great place. Check the room you book as the pictures are not quite clear. For a little more the rooms by the pool are excellent. This is an excellent stay. Nice breakfast each morning. Good sized pool. Really central. Markets just down the road. Really good local meals very close. Staff are super friendly and helpful

The original rooms are not great. Nice and clean, but older. The bathroom is the typical shower over the toilet. The rooms by the pool are fantastic. Newer and breakfast included

Everything, I'm not that picky when it comes to rooms especially if it's budget-friendly. As long as it's clean I am alright. But the room is adequate if not too much for my needs. Daily cleaning, Daily change of towels. But these are my favorite parts 1. The fast internet of the hotel ( Most of the time it's great and I was able to do my task during my stay) 2. The unlimited Coffee / Tea offered. Wow just wow I am still very thankful to them for offering that. They even have pastries but it's first come first served. Saved me tons of money because I didn't need to go to a cafe for that. 3. The countless warungs nearby offer affordable and delicious food. They say it's expensive in Nusa Dua but if you stay here and you're not very very "picky" with your food choices - you'll save tons here. Like TONS. 4. The staff are very welcoming and very warm. 24/7 assistance. If i'll be back in Nusa Dua - I'll stay here.

Working a bit more on the cleaning / Updating some of the furnitures

Staff are excellent, very lovely and always go out their way to assist. Location is good as can access beach within 10 minutes, whilst also being immersed in a local neighbourhood with lots of warungs. Pool is also pleasant. Recommend Ikan Bakar Vichi just down the road. Breakfast is basic but does the job, great value for money.

As mentioned in other reviews, bathrooms are dated if you are going in the garden view apartments (not pool view).

The staff were really friendly! We loved the pool, it was really big and cleaned daily. We had a pool side room and highly recommend paying a bit extra for one. The breakfast every morning was lovely, and great value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very lovely and understanding. Our baby was unwell. They checked us in right away, eventhough we needed to get our money exchanged, to pay later. We stayed in the older unit, with the garden view. It’s basic where we stayed. We would love to return next year and get the one with the pool view, as it’s newer and much nicer too 😊 The pool is wonderful. My son had a lovely time playing in the pool. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet place to hang out locally.

Huge pool and tidy accommodation. Breakfast was nice. Location is 10 mins walk from beautiful Nusa Dua beach but not too far.

Staff were smoking at reception and the lock on the bathroom door was very old and could have been updated years ago.

It was perfect for us, close to the airport We arrived at 2am & checked in promptly Pool was lovely, as was location & staff

Nothing really although some soft squabs on the sun loungers would have made it more comfortable

Our room was close to pool. Friendly staff. Good facility for hot water/coffee. Easy access to all the location including hotels, taxi, water sports activities.

Insects comes to the room. Lock & keys need to be good quality
