The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and cozy, calm, you also have access to a cristal clear pool. for it's price it can't get better.

The location of the hotel is in a calm area maybe not suited for people looking for parties and bars etc... the beach is also calm it's like only few people are walking. So definitely it's a hotel for people looking for peace of mind and rest.

The hotel is really nice with a huge swimming pool that is open until late. They give you towels to use in the swimming pool. The breakfast had a lot of options with a lot of indonesian foods that were really good. The staff was super polite and helpful. They have room service with afordable options.

There is no direct access to the beach so you have to get out the hotel and go through the Sofitel Hotel to reach the beach and if you want to lay down in a chair you have to pay it because part of the chairs in the beach are for the Sofitel hotel and part belongs to the Club Med.

It is a very nice location. And close to some very big resorts. The area here is very green and very pleasant to walk. Also very close to Bali Collection. Price for a 19 day stay was excellent. I think I had a very good special price though as the next day the price was double! Supply and demand.

Breakfast was reasonable. More in the sense they did not always keep up with demand and the variety could be better. If you arrived late for breakfast there might not be much available. But it was good overall. Just not excellent. But I think we were spoilt by the breakfasts at Holiday Inn! Sometimes you get what you pay for.

It's comfy and quiet and the pool is amazing. Beautiful place. Sure, it's not a 5 star hotel and has a few rough edges about the place but the location is fabulous and it's much more affordable than the more elite neighbouring hotels. Staff are super sweet too, and helpful! I'm gluten free and they had GF bread, not loads of options but enough.

Felt like a halfway house between a unique Balinese hotel and a chain. They should ditch the branded cushions and things that cheapen the vibe and give the corners a bit of extra paint. Otherwise, it's a great stay and the bits of Balinese architecture and furnishings are just what you'd want.

Great food, very nice settings-classic balinese design, huge pool area, smart tv, shuttle bus to the shopping area is available every hour, close to Nusa Dua entance gate make it easy to access a minimarket and local restaurants, also close to BIMC hospital. This hotel is not as expensive as other resorts, yet it's inside the exclusive Nusa Dua area.

Facilities are a bit old: noisy AC and fridge. AC location above the bed = too close, blowing on our bed. Kids play at the pool until late.

The food was surprisingly cheap for a resort, with very large portions and was also quite tasty. We highly recommend ordering the fruit salad with vanilla ice cream, it was delicious and huge! The room was comfortable and clean. They upgraded us to from a standard room to one with a little patio, which was really appreciated. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing. Staff was super friendly. Very good value for money.

The resort beach is a 10-15 mins walk away which is not ideal, but we were happy to just stay by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel with a wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. We had a standard room which was just average but comfortable. Pool area was very nice with many lounge chairs. We ate at the small poolside restaurant a couple of times. The food was pretty good. Having bikes to rent was awesome and very affordable! Had several wonderful rides along the beach area which was the best. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything !

Bedside lighting was only a dim light along the headboard. No side table lights so too dark for reading. Room was a bit dark in general unless it was a sunny day but again we only paid for a standard room. Bathroom needs counter area to set toiletries. Pool steps and towels in a bit of an inconvenient location.

Our hotel location was excellent and the staff were happy and smiley, especially the lovely lady at reception. Breakfast was good once we got into a rythym. We enjoyed the omelettes which were cooked to order and the pancakes were good too. We were upgraded to a spacious room and our son also to a room with a balcony. We walked daily to just around the corner... Beautiful clean beaches, great restaurants (Cucina, Tamarin to name a few) Manarai had a great pool which welcomed guests from other hotels, friendly staff and a tasty menu. We spent most of our time here just relaxing or swimming, shady umbrellas and beach towels aplenty! We enjoyed glorious massages on the Sofitel grounds with nothing to hear but the ocean and a warm, gentle breeze. You really felt a beautiful calm nothingness overcome you and lull you to a light sleep. There were a few hawkers selling their wares on the beaches but they were friendly and respectful and kept their distance from the hotel grounds.

I absolutely hated the rock hard beds. I asked reception to add mattress Toppers on 2 occasions which they did while apologizing profusely. I have no qualms with the staff, they were amazing, but 1 week after leaving there and staying somewhere else I am still feeling the effects.

A very nice and well-maintained hotel with its own swimming pool, a restaurant offering Indonesian and other world cuisines, and a Spa with a wide range of Balinese massages. The rooms located in several 1-floor buildings are large, very comfortable and well-equipped. What deserves special mention is the very comfortable and wide beds with thick mattresses, but this is probably standard in Bali. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, bottled water and cosmetics are replenished. Breakfasts with a wide range of local and other dishes, including: eggs prepared according to guests' wishes. The hotel restaurant by the pool offers very tasty and inexpensive food, including great steaks. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and pool towels for guests at the pool. Very nice and polite service at the reception (fast check-in and check-out), in the restaurant (quick service) and thorough cleaning service.

The only slight disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of direct access to the beach. There is a path to the beach between the Sofitel and Club Med hotels, which takes about 5 minutes on foot to the public beach. Unfortunately, the hotel's deck chairs (only a few of them) on the beach are a bit neglected and no one cares about their condition or the cleanliness of the surroundings. It's a pity, because next door there is a small shop selling drinks and beer, and it is nice to spend time here.
