The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and cozy, calm, you also have access to a cristal clear pool. for it's price it can't get better.

The location of the hotel is in a calm area maybe not suited for people looking for parties and bars etc... the beach is also calm it's like only few people are walking. So definitely it's a hotel for people looking for peace of mind and rest.

The hotel is really nice with a huge swimming pool that is open until late. They give you towels to use in the swimming pool. The breakfast had a lot of options with a lot of indonesian foods that were really good. The staff was super polite and helpful. They have room service with afordable options.

There is no direct access to the beach so you have to get out the hotel and go through the Sofitel Hotel to reach the beach and if you want to lay down in a chair you have to pay it because part of the chairs in the beach are for the Sofitel hotel and part belongs to the Club Med.

For Nusa Dua the price of accommodation was excellent. The staff were wonderful, kind & helped me with all of my requests. Breakfast was good but not a lot of dairy free options. Rooms were comfortable, clean & I felt safe. Pool was large and restaurant offered good range of tasty food as reasonable prices.

Some of the rooms were interconnectable and the doors between these rooms were very thin. Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbours for a few days during my stay and could hear them even with ear plugs in. The staff and security responded very swiftly & asked them to be quiet but 5mins later they were loud again. They should have been charged a noise disturbance fee as it impacted my stay and the hotel was full and I couldn’t be moved to another room until the last night. The staff were as helpful as they could be given the circumstances but the other guests should have been made to pay a disturbance fee or something because they were not being respectful of other guests in the hotel.

It is a very nice location. And close to some very big resorts. The area here is very green and very pleasant to walk. Also very close to Bali Collection. Price for a 19 day stay was excellent. I think I had a very good special price though as the next day the price was double! Supply and demand.

Breakfast was reasonable. More in the sense they did not always keep up with demand and the variety could be better. If you arrived late for breakfast there might not be much available. But it was good overall. Just not excellent. But I think we were spoilt by the breakfasts at Holiday Inn! Sometimes you get what you pay for.

It's comfy and quiet and the pool is amazing. Beautiful place. Sure, it's not a 5 star hotel and has a few rough edges about the place but the location is fabulous and it's much more affordable than the more elite neighbouring hotels. Staff are super sweet too, and helpful! I'm gluten free and they had GF bread, not loads of options but enough.

Felt like a halfway house between a unique Balinese hotel and a chain. They should ditch the branded cushions and things that cheapen the vibe and give the corners a bit of extra paint. Otherwise, it's a great stay and the bits of Balinese architecture and furnishings are just what you'd want.

Pool: Nice, casual pool that was great to sit by. Beach: Low-light. They have access to the beach, but it is a bit of a hike and you have to walk through some not-similar-level looking shops to get to it. However, once there, you have access to all the local hotel beaches and the beach walk is great. Breakfast: I did not get the included breakfast. The added buffet was good, but seemed pricey.

I was just over the smoking area. One of my nights there, there were rowdy smokers making a LOT of noise... and being fed drinks by the waitstaff. It made sleeping difficult until they died down at about 1 AM. Yes, I'm old.

Great food, very nice settings-classic balinese design, huge pool area, smart tv, shuttle bus to the shopping area is available every hour, close to Nusa Dua entance gate make it easy to access a minimarket and local restaurants, also close to BIMC hospital. This hotel is not as expensive as other resorts, yet it's inside the exclusive Nusa Dua area.

Facilities are a bit old: noisy AC and fridge. AC location above the bed = too close, blowing on our bed. Kids play at the pool until late.

The food was surprisingly cheap for a resort, with very large portions and was also quite tasty. We highly recommend ordering the fruit salad with vanilla ice cream, it was delicious and huge! The room was comfortable and clean. They upgraded us to from a standard room to one with a little patio, which was really appreciated. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing. Staff was super friendly. Very good value for money.

The resort beach is a 10-15 mins walk away which is not ideal, but we were happy to just stay by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel with a wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. We had a standard room which was just average but comfortable. Pool area was very nice with many lounge chairs. We ate at the small poolside restaurant a couple of times. The food was pretty good. Having bikes to rent was awesome and very affordable! Had several wonderful rides along the beach area which was the best. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything !

Bedside lighting was only a dim light along the headboard. No side table lights so too dark for reading. Room was a bit dark in general unless it was a sunny day but again we only paid for a standard room. Bathroom needs counter area to set toiletries. Pool steps and towels in a bit of an inconvenient location.
