What can I say? The staff here are amazing. We left $1400 in our safe and the staff are so trustworthy they rang me to tell me and then went out of their way to get the money to us at the Airport. I will never ever forget this kind gesture. They could easily have pocketed the money and claimed ignorance and I am sure many other places would have. Thank you to this Villa and to the amazing staff you hire. I will forever speak highly of this establishment for this alone. So it is safe to say you can trust the staff here. It is also very safe there is a 24/7 reception I believe and there are cameras around. You have your own villa with your own key. We had a pool, bath and shower, a his and hers sink and a seperate toilet. We sadly only booked one day would recommend several days to get the most out of the villa if you can. There was a large comfortable bed with mosquito net if required. Nice sized TV with Sat TV but also fast internet with Netflix etc. We had breakfast which was lovely. Would recommend picking chocolate pastry or as I got bread thinking that the Eggs Benedict wouldn't be on bread (it was on a muffin). Also fresh fruit and choice of drink (had watermelon juice). The location is just 15 minutes walk to beach (go to the place at the beach with all Aussies not the first one it was awful selling bad quality food and drinks and bad service). Spas all along the way on the journey and the usual shops selling tourist items. Just up the road is a cafe which had cheap drinks (didn't go), a shop for any items needed and an awesome bar with music called Orchard. Awesome western food here and drinks (including Cider) and two for 1 ($10) cocktails. Please go enjoy yourself and please tip the staff they are awesome!

They are renovating the restaurant/cafe which meant no drinks. (Did have food + mini bar though and you could get a delivery for drinks or go to close bars).

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. The staff took extra precautions with mosquitoes, including regular fumigation, which we appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. Room service was brought with a smile, thanks Robby!

The location was a bit of a distance from shops/restaurants and in traffic it would take some time to get places.

The villas are beautiful, the gardens are amazing. The actual villa is huge, and the pool is to die for. very relaxing. Staff were excellent, very friendly and always happy to helpo out. We used Grab attached to our CC for travelling as it was the most cost effective way, as most blue birds dont do cash anymore.

One small thing, and its more of a warning for older people, the one bedroom villa's (we were in Villa 3 - at the back) dont have steps to get in and out of the pool, not so much an issue to get in, very much so to get out. need quite a bit of upper body strength. The front villas we noticed did have steps, so maybe ask when you do your booking :)

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The private pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax and unwind. The villa itself was clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were outstanding—attentive, helpful, and quick to address any issues, such as resolving the brief disturbance caused by a noisy kitten. The food was fantastic, with both breakfast and dinner at Banave Restaurant being delicious. A special mention goes to the BBQ dinner, which was thoughtfully served right in our villa—such a memorable experience!

The location is perfect. Its steps away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but is still incredibly tranquil and quiet, which was perfect for us. The staff are incredibly kind and super helpful. They go out of their way to be kind, considerate and make sure you have what you need.

The rooms need a little update - the glass doors in the bathroom and in the room itself have gaps, leaving plenty of rooms for the little lizards to enter and leave droppings. The breakfast quality changes from day to day, somedays its fantastic, other days its not that great. There also needs to be more variety for vegetarians.

The service was great! The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The villa was lovely. It was private, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple, and it was so nice to have a private pool to cool off in. The grounds are very well maintained and look beautiful. The spa treatments were excellent, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a nice peaceful and relaxing place to stay, which is exactly what we wanted.

We’re from Sydney and decided to book this villa for our family holiday. The property was well designed, very comfortable and relaxing to stay in! Note that there is also extra lighting in the bedroom behind the tv unit, a switch located at bottom side! 😄 We had a pool fence from Bali baby hire company, put up as we had our baby with us, hence the gate with the pool. Extremely good location! Only 5-$10 grab (their Uber) to get everywhere, clean and all the staff was so lovely! Will definitely recommend! We stayed for a week! 🥰

Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Beautiful decore. Private. Lovely pool. Lovely kitchen and water fountain facilities. Lots of natural light. Everything a serious traveller would expect is available. The staff are patron and security conscious. They are obliging and make every effort to cater to your needs. Well worth the money. I should’ve stayed much longer. A mistake I won’t repeat next time I’m in Bali.

Breakfast. For the high standards the Villa has set and largely maintains, breakfast was adequate, but didn’t quite reach a qualitative parity it should enjoy.

Desa welcomed us politely and helped us answer many questions, she gave us such a good first impression of the place. We genuinely liked the villa a lot and it was so peaceful in the daytime as it is at night. It’s a walking distance to two bars and two convenient stores, the beach and all were like 20 minutes away but there was gojek and grab for that, it isn’t expensive too. I’m so in love with their egg Benedict with ham so make sure you try it at least once. We would definitely come back here again.

The other toilet door rubber facing outdoor was coming out hence those little creepy crawlers managed to come through the door. It doesn’t enter the room provided you make sure you close main toilet door leading to the bedroom.

Great stay, hotel was clean. Loved that all units have their own private pool - made it feel a bit more luxurious. The area felt a little bit on the residential side but I guess that helps it feel more quiet (which is what we wanted).

Didn't like the mosquitos, but they're kind of unavoidable when there's so many plants and standing water around. Breakfast was only okay - for some reason the fruits seemed to always be just slightly underripe.
