Very private, staff were absolutely amazing. Having a private pool was the best

A little dated, few maintenance issues needing to be attended to. The spa had cracks and the liner was peeling, our pool had clumps of hair floating around it, previous travellers had luggage stickers stuck to the bathroom door frame that made it obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the air conditioners kept cutting out and the smart lighting went offline making a few lights unusable. But these things didn’t affect our stay, staff cleaned the pool out and we looked past the other things to make our stay enjoyable, the impeccable service from the staff made it better

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, courteous and everything they did was very professional. They also remembered our names which is not common. The villa was better than the pictures online. We loved the privacy, the pool, rain shower ick and spa bath. It was so lovely coming back to Aksari after a day out - it really felt like an oasis. The location was very easy to attractions and food outlets very close. We enjoyed the free transport to Seminyak Square and a facial in the room which was very good value. The breakfast was always on time and very tasty. We certainly recommend Aksari as a place to stay. We will certainly stay there again when next we holiday in Bali

We met some of the kindest people here, and we especially want to thank Mr. Wira and Miss Uma for his warm smile and incredible hospitality. When they found out we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with beautiful decorations every single day — such a thoughtful touch! The breakfasts were delicious, and having a floating breakfast in the pool was truly a dream come true. We always had hot water and fresh drinking water ready every day. The pool was perfect for swimming, and the jacuzzi was cleaned regularly whenever we let them know we’d like to use it. They also helped us rent a motorbike Aksari Villa is a place we would definitely recommend to any couple planning their honeymoon. If we ever return to Bali, there's no doubt we’ll choose Aksari again. Thank you for everything! ❤️

In general the Hotel is really great. The rooms are big and are exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is fun and even so you are close to the city center you feel like you are in paradise when you are in your small Villa. The breakfast by the way is really really good. Really good work and enjoyed our stay a lot here! Absolutely recommandable.

The service is kind of difficult to describe. They are "Sorry" a lot.... The check in took quite long, the safe wasn't working in the beginning, the jacuzzi neither. They called us in the middle of the night to confirm the breakfast time, even so we let them know (2 of 3 times they came 30min earlier, 1 10min later). And we ordered a scooter for a specific time with the lobby, but actually they only came after we waited already and asked the lobby to cross check if they were already on the way. And finally they came with another model that we ordered. Only small things but during a stay of 4 days a lot off "Sorrys" we headed. For the villa the only subtraction we need to make is the bad wifi (could stream any movie) and it is kind of noisy there from akk around.

Our experience at Aksari Villa Seminyak was amazing, the staff are what made our stay perfect, the pool to the villa made the stay even better. The only downfall would have to be is the location and breakfast in the morning always came out cold rather than hot or fresh and there were a lot of mosquito's that came into the villa along with lizards. Other than these concerns, we had a fantastic stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Aksari Villa! The villa is beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless, the private pool was a dream, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. A huge thank you to the villa manager Wirawan – he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the warm welcome to arranging transport and local tips, his hospitality made us feel truly at home.

The AC was not cooling well during the day time.

The property is excellent. It had all the amenities we needed and all as described. The staff are great and are very helpful. We really liked the whats app feature for requests. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Portions are maybe on the small side but we did not mind this.

We really liked the property. The location is fine - it is a taxi ride away from the main area of Seminyak or beach, however.

The rooms were so lovely, cleaning them every day with little notes on the bed in flowers and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely every morning. Definitely worth the money, about a 20 minute walk to Seminyak beach which tbh was lovely with lots of shops and restaurants along the way. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nothing at all, it was a lovely place to stay.

Very spacious, outdoor shower was fun, tv that swivels to face either the couch or the bed, Alexa included to turn off lights, quiet. Staff were beyond helpful and extremely kind and friendly.

it flooded on the road outside so we had to have someone push us in a boat to get in or out. But that was a fun experience so not much we didn’t like.

The property looks fine overall.The pool is well maintained.Staff very nice and welcome.Breakfast very good and well served.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable.One night my husband woke up as some cockroach was on him..not very pleasant and we seen some in our room.Toilet didn’t work ok.
