Our stay at Villa Bougainvilla was nothing short of magical. Just a stone’s throw from KFC and perfectly tucked away in a peaceful spot, this villa delivered everything promised and more. What truly made our experience exceptional was Bayu, the incredible staff member who made this villa feel like home. From the moment we arrived, his warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out. He welcomed us with a smile, patiently explained everything we needed to know about the villa, and went above and beyond by personally preparing a beautiful “Happy Anniversary” flower arrangement on our bed. Bayu checked in on us daily not out of obligation, but out of real kindness. He showed us what true Bali hospitality looks like. He’s honestly the best host we’ve encountered so far in Bali and all the 3 Asia countries #tour we have been at. The villa itself is exactly as shown on Booking.com, if not better! It features a clean private pool, a serene outdoor bamboo shower, and it was the only villa we stayed in with a fully paid Netflix account a small touch that made relaxing evenings even more enjoyable. We left Villa Bougainvilla with full hearts and unforgettable memories. I would return again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and exceptional service in Bali.

The staff were amazing and the floating breakfast for my birthday was very nice and cute.

The bed was very uncomfortable and my sleep was impacted. I got several bruises from how hard and firm the bed was. Lots of springs popping out and hidden by the bed sheets.

Wery cosy villa with small swimming pool. Well decorated. All facilities are in good condition. Super comfy bed. Air conditioner was strong and flow away from bed, that's great. Small kitchen consist of sink, microwave oven and kitchenette, without electric cooker.

Bath and toilet located outside, so you'll be eaten by thousand of mosquitos. Towels and bedding set are wery old and should be renovated.

The room was clean and tidy in a quiet location.

The mini fridge wasn't working. We were told they would change it, so it was pulled out but put back in again. Took a little bit to get a new one put in. After that, there were no issues at all.

Villa clean, bright and fresh with good facilities. Away from the traffic and noise of the main streets, it is still within a reasonable walking distance to shops, restuarants and beaches.

Address given on website is owner's address, not that of the villa. Although villa cleaned daily, often had to request tea and coffee to be topped up.

Great swimming pool

the staff was soo friendly, the cleaning was done everyday, the room has an amazing size. it has even Netflix for the guest use. very close to the villa there is a scooter rental so it made everything easier. the breakfast is delicious and every single person that gave us service, was always polite and smiling. thank you so much for this perfect experience!!

Room is neatly arranged. Air conditioning is cool. Spent most of the time chill in our room/pool. There is a cafe just beside this villa. Quiet at night too. Will definitely come back for another stay!

Maybe the garden can give more attention to maintain it.

Nothing, was a great villa to spend our last 3 nights in paradise!

The villa is nice and cute! The private pool and lounge area is great and feels luxurious. The place is decorated nicely and has good space. The property is quiet and near a main road. The beach is not too far by taxi.

No early check in and ants were trying to come in near doors, but was given bug spray.
