Located an easy walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Beautiful oasis, private and relaxing. Great spa on site.

Need a little bit of maintenance, nothing big or would stop me staying there again. Shower needed fixing, bit of water damage that needed painting.

We stayed at Villa Kubu Bali in Seminyak for 5 nights and had the most amazing experience. The villa looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better in real life. One of the most unique and beautiful touches was having fish in the bathroom, which made the space feel like a serene oasis. We loved feeding them every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always went above and beyond to accommodate any request. The food and spa services were not only excellent but also very reasonably priced. We truly felt pampered the entire stay. I highly recommend Villa Kubu to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in Bali!

The pool and kabana were fabulous. The bathroom with a waterfall and fish pond was amazing. The massive twin lounges were made for relaxing, so good after the hustle and bustle of bali.

The hot tub/spa did not work. The hot water ran out quickly so you could only get 30cm (1Ft) of water in the bath. On day three of our seven night stay, demolition of the adjacent building commenced. The jack hammering and conga line of trucks started at 8am, went through to 5pm and was still going on when we left. We received a WhatsApp message from the office on our second to last day inquiry if it was disturbing us. They offered to move us to a different villa but as we were all unpacked, it did not seem worth packing up and moving for one day - No compensation was offered. Recommend checking before booking here if any nearby construction is likely to occur.

This place is MAGICAL. We had the most amazing stay here, probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. The Villa has a gorgeous garden, pool, outdoor shower, the works! And it’s totally private with big high walls. I have to say the staff were excellent, with communication through WhatsApp they are on hand to answer any questions. Breakfast was amazing and a good selection to fill you up, and I have to give a big shout out to Yudha especially. He was so kind every morning it was lovely chatting to him. He gave us lots of recommendations and even wrote down some phrases for us! My partner also proposed to me here, so this place will always be very special to us. I hope to come back one day!

Good location and amazing staff

Location is excellent, walking distance to supermarket, cafes, restaurants and only a short drive to the centre of Seminyak. The staff are wonderful, friendly, happy people who always have a smile for you.

We stayed in villa 14, it needs a refurbish, it’s old, broken tiles, toilet area is clean but is unsightly. The shower head needs replacing. Not much in the kitchen ie: no microwave, toaster, coffee machine. The noise from the villa next door (3) echos thru out our villa.

Location is very central to Seminyak Square and surrounding street shopping area- 3 min walk. Spacious property with private pool, all excellently maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful, remembering names from day one. Villa cafe does great food & coffee. Highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing hospitality! The villa was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious and could be enjoyed either in the villa or at the lovely café. The staff were incredibly helpful and delivered top-class service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Lots of space and big private pool. Nice pond within the villa. Spa and floating breakfast were great. Nice location as well.

Needs maintenance, dimly lit rooms, construction outside room.
