Bathroom outside was so uncomfortable and lots of mosquitos. Didn't appreciate receiving messages to keep our voices and the music down at 4pm. Felt like we were trouble makers. Music wasn't very loud and neither were our conversations. Beds are a bit outdated. The villa could actually do with a bedroom refurbish. The furniture was out dated and the wooden bedframe felt like it was going to come apart.

Love the size of the rooms! Generous size for singles occupied rooms! Pool was great! Loved all the AC in every room as well! Staff were amazing, prompt and any special requests were met!

There was just one day where the wifi cut off due to the severe storm but that was outside the property’s control and a technician came to fix it the next day!

The villa, garden and private pool were lovely. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed the villa immensely. Facilities were fine. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location, several minutes walk from a great variety of cafes and restaurants. Can totally recommend the restaurant upstairs from “The Hut” for a stunning breakfast (2 mins walk away).

Kitchen lacked utensils - but to be honest we ate most meals out anyway. The bathroom floors needed a good mop, otherwise cleanliness was good. Keep the mosquito repellent handy!! Note that there are 2 addresses for Catur Villas - we initially taxied to the other address by mistake - so check your updates from management carefully.

The 5 boys that did the Villa cleaning every day were fantastic. very polite and dealt with a lot of our family mess.

There is a spa available, but not for the original price. It was an extra $500 aud, per person a day to use the spa built into the pool. We thought this was ridiculous as it never stated it wasn’t included in the price. Also, the security of a night was extremely rude, and asked us when we were leaving when we had some music playing at 7:00pm. He banged on the door and threatened us out.

Kitchen needs to be restored, especially the cupboards and sink I don't recommend cooking here. The shower sprays all over the place and wets the toilet. Look at the shower head Please....Bug spray in the rooms would be ideal.

The rooms were big and it ia close to main street with lots of restaurants and shops. The pool was nice and they have in room masaage.

We liked the space, the location, the quietness, the staff, the security guard, the cat visits… The bed was a bit on the noisy side, but comfortable. The pillows were also comfortable. A hot water urn was onsite, and fresh water bottle in dispenser. We didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes, which was good. We enjoyed the outdoor bathroom too.

The sun hitting you in the face when you sat on the toilet outside 😉

- spacious rooms - nice pool - great space for families. - Staff were friendly n we had daily housekeeping and pool cleaning. -Fresh towels daily n beds made. - clean drinking water was available.

- A stray cat was at the villa every day and came back even after us and staff kept shooing it away. Kids saw it munching on a rat it caught, and it slept on the sofa beds. - A couple of the power points needed fixing.

The Villa was in a effect location from the main strip! Staff were always friendly and cleaned everyday 😊

Probably the noise restrictions at 10pm. We had a large group of 10 people and often liked to sit outside by the pool at night, we can get a bit rowdy and like to play music so we had to be conscious of our noise level a lot of the time.
