Everything! All of the staff were so kind and so helpful. Unlimited bottled water supply we appreciated, as well as the fabulous breakfast cooked daily for us in our villa by the lovely staff (included in the price of the villa!). Morning and night cleaning/freshen up was amazing and staff were very respectful - you could request privacy as simple as putting a sign on the door. The villa itself felt private and secure, it was so spacious and the pool was a great place to relax! We loved our stay at My Villas and recommend it to everyone!! Fabulous location right near the beach and the main areas with great local bars and restaurants so easily accessible! They supplied a villa phone to communicate with staff which was amazing. We loved staying here.

Nothing! Everything was sensational.

The team was absolutely amazing Putu and Nengah ensured that we had a pleasant stay at the villa. The breakfast cooked daily was delicious and we got spoilt each morning with that. We had issues with our pool in the villa where the filter was not working however the guys provided us access to another room to be able to use the pool. Though this was inconvenient we cant complain as to compensate Putu and Nengah allowed us to extend our stay and made arrangements for us to use the property for another day without cost as our flight wasnt on until that evening. This was very very helpful with two little children we were travelling with. The overall experience of this place was amazing. The pool was clean, property was clean, beds made daily and lovely breakfast

Maybe a suggestion to include some more western breakfast options so customers done end up eating egg daily :-) It was still delicious but would have been nice to change few days especially for customers that dont eat heavy breakfast such as Nasi goreng

Huge Villa and Friendly Staff

It was Perfect

The villa staff went above and beyond in providing exceptional guest service. I liked that the villa provides you with a mobile phone where you can easily message them for requests, such as what you’d like for breakfast. Every request was always promptly dealt with and always with a smile! Convenient location on Jalan Camplung Tanduk. There’s lots of eateries on that street. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to Seminyak beach, 15 minute cab ride to Seminyak Village/the Jalan Kayu Aya strip. Bed was firm and comfortable with minimal partner disturbance. Clean, comfortable and homely.

Some of the furnishings are worn out, like the couches in the living room. The villa staff make you breakfast in your villa. The breakfast is decent but nothing to write home about. There is some noise from the surrounding venues but I didn’t find this intrusive.

The villa location is perfect. In between the tourist locality, with lot of restaurants, spa centers, shopping... Shopping was bit expensive though. The property is perfect for a family or if you have 4 guests. The pool was clean and well maintained. Best part is with the breakfast, where the cooks come and do it in the kitchen and arrange the table as in a Hotel restaurant.

The property is getting old and needs some refurbishment or changing some things to keep it look fresh and young. The guys support with your requirements and it is good, not big complaints on that. My full family enjoyed the stay and we felt we should have booked for a longer period, we only stayed for 2 nights...

This is our second time staying at My Villas in Bali, we returned mainly due to the amazing villa in the heart of beating Seminyak. It’s close to clubs, shops and the beach and when you want to get away from it all, you soon forget your in the middle of the hustle and bustle when you’re stretched out on the pool lounge or in your private pool. The staff are lovely and anticipate and or attend to your every need. The mobile is a nice touch where you can order breakfast, seek advice or ask any questions you like.

Great location in Seminyak, very close to bars restaurants & shopping . A very well kept property. Very friendly staff at your beck and call. Great breakfast cooked for you in your villa. Villa exactly as shown in the photos. Definitely will stay here when coming to Seminyak

The property was very clean, comfortable and well serviced. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and we had someone to cook us a private breakfast every day during our stay. Our villa was cleaned and serviced every day and included an amazing private pool. It was centrally located and just a fantastic place to stay in Seminyak.

There is nothing that I can say here. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic.

Location was exceptional, close to many restaurants & easy walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to relax in the loungers by our Villa pool, although the water temperature was a little too cold. It was nice to have a bath and shower, with good water pressure Staff were very friendly. Some great nearby restaurants that visitors should try - Warung Dayu, Warung Baru & Nau Waroeng all reasonably priced and Tere Seminyak for fine dining, but expensive. Best coffee is just next door - The Bare Bottle

Room in Villa 6 needs some minor maintenance e.g. sliding cupboard doors stick & then fall out from runner, a couple of light bulbs needed replacing, but these didn't detract from a lovely oasis. Nearby dogs barking in the very early hours was annoying, and we needed to spray mozzie repellant whenever sitting outside otherwise we suffered many bites, but these are nothing that the Villas can fix.

From the moment of booking My Villas, staff and management were extremely helpful and communicative without being overbearing. We were met at the airport by the Villa driver who provided us with cold drinks as he navigated the crazy Bali traffic to take us to our destination. Upon arrival we were greeted by Adi who showed us to our home for the next fortnight. We were pleasantly impressed with the villa which was exactly as it had appeared in the photos. As it was our first time in Bali we had some questions which were answered by Adi who made us feel at home from the start to the end of our trip. Special thanks also to Putu and Fajar and the rest of the staff at the villas who always greeted us with a smile and were always so happy to help. We will be recommending My Villas to all of our friends and family and we look forward to returning soon.
