The villa is well maintained, mbak Indah, the caretaker came everyday to change towels, tidy up, and watering the garden. Each room is spacious, clean, with comfortable bed. Lighting is strategically placed creating nice ambience.

Due to the high ceilings and Bali weather that week, AC was not so cold, even if I already set it at the lowest temp. A bit tricky too when ordering food online, drivers often get lost.

Location was handy and within easy walking distance to restaurants and mini mart. Vill is nicely laid out and well equipped kitchen. The staff were very attentive and always checking if everything was okay and if you needed anything. Quiet location except for the construction going on.

There was construction being carried out throughout my stay. This started very early in the morning and done for the whole duration of my stay. So was impossible to have a sleep in if you wanted one. Very hard to locate at night. No lighting leading to villa. Property is prone to flooding. Downstairs bathroom is outside and we had a heavy downpour of rain. As it didn't drain away we woke up to flooding throughout the downstairs bedroom and living / kitchen area.

The villa was really close to local shops, spas, eateries etc. Lots of opportunities to exchange money, use an ATM too. Our house keeper Siri was lovely and even got pest control out to us when we had an issue with the amount of Geckos. All in all a good stay. Very clean home with fresh towels each day, it felt like a home from home. Communication was always great with property manager and they arranged a flower arrangement on the bed in response to our request which was super sweet and appreciated.

Parts of the house felt tired as in cracks in the wall and floorboards. Due to the openness of the property a lot of geckos, ants etc on the loose especially downstairs. The location of the house is difficult to find in the dark, its down an unlit alley so hard for taxis to pull up right outside or for Grabb bikes to find it. Sometimes water pressure when showering was hit and miss.

The location was quiet and just a few minutes' walk to eateries and shops. The men who cleaned were helpful and kind. They checked in every morning and took care of any little problem immediately. The pool was nice. Air conditioning was very helpful. Filtered water was appreciated in the kitchen.

Previous guests did not check out on time, so we were not able to check in on time. The villa has seen better days. Several of the stairs to 2nd floor were very gouged and damaged. Upstairs sliding glass door would not stay on its track. Faucets were all loose and gunked up. Aside from 3 rice cooker paddles, there were no cooking utensils in the kitchen other than a knife block. Coffee maker was broken but was fixed by the cleaning staff. Exterior walls need a good power wash. Garden areas at entrance and in bathrooms were mostly mud and were a breeding ground for mosquitos. Insecticide was provided and used frequently. Price should be lower considering the neglect of upkeep.
