Staff so friendly n helpful , location perfect 1.1 km to the double six beach /seminyak , the surrounding so live but still get the quite time at night where we can relaxing and sleep well after whole day outside. Right beside hotel there is 24h minimarkt, many local warung with ind food. While western or indian rest , cafe and bar are easy to find nearby. Many laundry around the hotel as well local massage spa. Room provide with tea/coffee maker, room is cleaned and made up daily ..

Hot water took at least 15 min to get out. Less than that the water still cold. So need to wait for 15min at least every time get shower should want to have warm water. Lighting need to add more - at least add table lamp so room lighting getting better.

First of all, we loved how attentive Aswana was whenever we messaged them, they responded within an hour or less! Reception is 24 hours, and isn’t it great to have someone you can call on whenever you need something, even at midnight? ✨ Upon arriving, we loved how comfortably inviting the place felt, like, “Wow, it feels like home." Expect we don’t have a pool at home, haha. Cleanliness? 100/100. Great location too, just a corner away from all the shops! The staff were very helpful and even assisted us with our luggage.

Didn’t like? Probably just the fact that there’s no elevator. Buuuut, that was easily overlooked because, as mentioned, the staff were so helpful.

Very good location, nice boutique style hotel. Rooms were very nice but a little small I taught. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Very good chillout hotel for relaxing, beautiful & quiet. Would recommend and I would stay there again. Great parking area for your scooter outside the hotel.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, but still a very nice hotel. They didn't offer any breakfast which was a pity, would of been nice to have an Avo on Toast or even friend eggs on Toast with a juice or coffee. They have an Indo Mart or Alpha Mart right besides the hotel. Very convenient. Still a pity that they didn't have their own breakfast offering, even a small menu, but would stay agan.

Facilities could’ve been a little better, shower not great (doesn’t face down), no hand soap, no milk for coffee in room. Asked for an extra towel and they said they couldn’t provide.

Had such a great time at the Aswana Hotel. The staff really care about you here and want you to have the best time possible. With only being a 10 minute walk from the beach, it’s in a perfect location. We had a little mishap with my sunglasses being broken but that really didn’t take away from our incredible experience at the hotel. The staff here are honestly incredible. If you ask for new towels, you’re given them instantly. If you ask for your sheets to be changed, they’ll be done within 10 minutes. You can also get extremely cheap bike rental here compared to competitors on the street. There is a laundry service next door too. The pool is perfect size with a nice outside seating area. Will definitely consider Aswana when we come back to Bali!

The staff were all friendly and the room was clean and quiet (exactly what we needed!). Great value for money that is close to everything in Seminyak. The shower was also one of the best we have had in Bali - loads of hot water and strong water pressure. There is room available for parking off of the street for scooters.

WiFi was slow at times, but if you go down to the lobby area it is much much faster!

Comfortable and convenient.

The staff were tremendous people. I walked in and thought to myself wow look at how tremendous these people are. At first I got a room with a leaky tap, and there were just enormous amounts of water leaking from the tap. My uncle used to be a plumber - great guy, learned from Italian plumbers who are world famous for their impeccable plumbing. It's true, they really are. He explained to me years - many years - ago about the dangers of leaking taps and the amount of pressure that could build up and release over time. Who would have guessed that almost 35 years later he would be right? I'm not superstitious but if that's not an omen then I don't know what is. When I mentioned this to the front desk they promptly gave me a new room. The room itself was clean both times, the toilet and shower were both good. They have great showers in Oklahoma too, great people there, tremendous people. They really do a number on sanitary equipment like no one else, right there slap bang in the middle of the United States of America. If that isn't a testament to the prowess and craftsmanship of the American people then I don't know what is. The bed was comfortable, the airconditioning was good but required some time to get up to speed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Hardly worth mentioning, but the position of the light switches was highly confusing

Lovely place! The room was a reasonable size with a nice bathroom. A place to hang up clothes by the entrance. The room stayed cool even with the aircon off. Close to a shop, cafes and the beach. The kettle came in handy. I loved the swimming pool! Very quiet, great size and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The bathroom could have done with a shower curtain. There was a slight leak through the ceiling near the light fixture. No hot water but we didn't mind that!

Our first few nights in bali were spent here, lovely room, staff and kept clean. We were here during neypi and the staff were very helpful and brought some amazing food to our room! Great location for seminyak town, not to far from the beach.

Slightly more expensive than some accom, but great for a trusty good sized room!
