Clean and quiet and lovely staff. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast option was fantastic. We organised to have breakfast made for our first morning after a very late arrival. The lovely staff came into the villa and prepared and cooked our meals before cleaning up at the end. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals if needed.

The bathroom is lovely and big, and partially outside. This was good but when it rained the floor became very wet and quite slippery. Our four year old daughter slipped in the wet and hurt her back. You also would get wet when using the toilet. The bedroom is the only part of the villa that is air conditioned. The rest of the villa is outdoors and can become quite hot during the day.

Everything! Literally so beautiful. As good as the pictures if not better. Each air conditioned room had its own ensuite with a lovely deep bath and big mirrors. The open living area is so spacious and accomodating and we could watch the kids in the pool from there. Note: the third bedroom is separate and next to the pool - so another couple or family could be in there. I loved how you enter your own Villa through lockable gates and it’s lovely and open but so private from the outside. The little lane way to get to the Villa is off the Main Street but you don’t hear any of the noise. I never felt unsafe going down that lane way. You are equally in the middle from the beach or the shopping. So either way it is a solid 7min walk but there’s lots of little Bali shops and coffee shops either way. Laundry right across the street. So many restaurants and bars within 3-5min walking distance - so easy. Lovely massage ladies came to us - wonderful! Just remember to specify to reception if you want the mask or waxing. Honestly, the beautiful welcoming staff and lovely ladies who cook our breakfast are just wonderful. They are the best!!!! Fresh water filter, ice in freezer - everything thought of! Brekky was delicious. Thank you! Pool kept cleaned and topped up every morning! So tidy! Loved every minute! Not one single issue or complaint. Loved it!

Only minor change would be a suggestion to mix up the breakfast. Maybe alternate - French toast, sausages, hard boiled eggs, waffles etc Other than that it was simply wonderful!

From arrival to departure we couldn't have been happier. The villa was private and so clean. Daily the villa was cleaned by the lovely Sukkma and the garden and pool attended and cleaned every morning by Wayan. They always came to the villa with a friendly smile and happy to chat. All the staff at Dyana Villas were so professional at all times. The Wifi was always good and the AC kept the bedroom lovely and cool. There was security at the entrance even though Bali is exceptionally safe and they phoned you if a driver came to collect you. Within a 5 minute walk there we supermarkets and every variety of restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The people of Bali make the destination even more special. We are looking forward to our next visit and would definitely recommend Dyana Villas.

The location was very central to all amenities, shops and restaurants etc. A nice walk to the beach. The property has onsite security which gave some peace of mind. The Villa was set back from the hustle and bustle of the main road which was great for being able to relax while by the pool. It was a short walk to the Bintang Supermarket. The Villa was comfortable and met our needs.

There was a dog that would bark late at night and then around 5.30-6.00am in the morning which was annoying when trying to sleep. In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The Staff at Dyana Villas, we so pleasant and nice, They came in the morning to Make Breakfast, clean the room, pool, etc, but you wouldnt have even notice they were there. Private villas all to ourselves was just lovely, They Villa itself was fantastic, great location, it was down a lane way but supermarket, shops and restaurant were all in close proximity and security were so helpful anytime we have queries. I would advise anyone to stay here and we would love to go back

Lovely Villas, comfortable rooms and common spaces. Decent size pool and central location, close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic staff, housekeeping, front desk, security, all were excellent. Property is well maintained and kept clean with daily housekeeping services. Very client centric staff. We had a 60th birthday celebration and the staff had decorated the birthday villa in flowers. It was a lovely experience.

Stayed in a two bed villa which had an amazing large and spotlessly clean pool, bed was super comfy with great air con, kitchen well supplied, bathrooms with all facilities required and an additional abundance of living space also. Staff super friendly from security (which made the place feel very secure), cleaners/gardeners/pool maintenance staff who did a great job daily and reception staff who always offered a warm welcome and smile. The location was great as in the heart of Seminyak with great bars and restaurants very close by. The price was also on point. In short nothing to fault and everything to praise! I had a wonderful trip (even ended up extending because I enjoyed it so much). Would therefore come back again, in fact will look forward to and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you team at Dyanna villas!!!!!

We arrived at 10pm and were met by a wonderful driver and taken the short drive to Seminyak. The security team met us and checked us in, even whipping up a delicious watermelon juice for us. The location is amazing, just off one of the main Seminyak streets but still tucked away in quiet spot. After 15 visits to Bali I can finally say I have found a villa resort I would return to. The pool and grounds were well tended. There was a pair of comfy pool lounges and plenty of undercover area for eating etc.

We liked it all but the shower was in need of some attention. We didn't mention it at the time because it didn't really matter, but someone may complain so it might be a good idea to look at it. The bed was firm which is actually to some people's taste but we prefer a softer bed. There was a very noisy party one night and sounded like it was right in our bedroom so soundproofing could be better. The security dealt with it and offered us to move to another villa. Very helpful and kind! The party people did turn down their music which was greatly appreciated.

We made a last minute booking as the property we originally booked with told us our villa is not available the minute we turned up there. Dyana villa accommodated us. Picked up key from security who couldn't do enough for us. Super greatful. The room was gorgeous, as was the bathroom and of course the pool was amazing. We were lucky to view the fireworks from the beach which made for a spectacular photo! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful with good English. Perfect location, little mart with drinks and snacks almost at doorstep. Short walk to the beach and main streets with restaurants and bars galore and high end shops too plus the usual 'Bali' shops. You will not regret your stay.

The property was big and spacious. Pool was quite big for only two people as was the lounge/kitchen/dining area. The walk to the shops and restaurants was easy through the alley (well lit at night). We stayed for 5 nights and tried most 'spa' places on the main street BUT then we found BLESSING SPA in the little alley right near the villa. These two ladies know what they are doing. My husband and I could have kicked ourselves for not going sooner.
