Staff were absolutely amazing – warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is awesome – close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Such a charming spot with a lovely feel to it. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed stay with great service and a perfect base to explore the area.

We had to book a place to stay last minute and luckily found their beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It was perfection. The bedrooms are both huge with air conditioning and ensuite. The pool is a great size for 4 people. The villa also comes with your choice breakfast menu delivered to you. We enjoyed our stay so much that I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for next time. The staff are so lovely and the location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the main road yet quiet at night.

The only thing might be that the rooms have high glass walls which might be too bright in the morning for some people. I just wore an eye mask so no problem.

Central location, private driveway, nice and close to everything you could need. Quiet and no road noise whatsoever. Felt like a very safe location. Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful kombucha, the pool is very deep and refreshing and every inch of the property is kept clean and spotless. Breakfast was included and yum (especially the smoothie bowl and granola bowls) there are spa services available on site too for an excellent price. We spent a whole day lounging by the pool enjoying the sun, beers and privacy. I would recommend, it would be an awesome place to book out with a large group to share the pool. We booked a suite. Wifi included and strong signal, communicated via WhatsApp to order breakfast and a driver to pick us up from the airport. I thoroughly recommend Ginger suites to couples, families and larger groups.

We spent the last night of our honeymoon in the *Double Happiness* room… and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ending. It was truly the **cherry on top** of an already magical journey — an experience we will carry in our hearts forever. The room is an absolute gem: every little detail is thoughtfully designed, wrapped in a fairytale-like atmosphere. The moment we stepped in, it felt like we were transported to an enchanted world, surrounded by soft lights, delicate scents, and a harmony that speaks of love and joy. It is a wonderful hotel!! The breakfasts were amazing!! Every day!! The room was very very clean. The pool was good too, with sun loungers by the pool. A fabulous place to stay. Fast internet as well. I was very impressed with the beach. It was cleaned up early every morning, with large machines taking away the rubbish and sand groomers working as well. The beach was fantastic. The hotel provided towels for the bathroom, other towels for the pool plus towels for the beach in an easy to carry bag. Very thoughtful

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bali Ginger Suites and Villa, specifically in the Super Deluxe Suite, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the luxurious and comfortable ambiance of the suite. The decor was stunning, with exquisite attention to detail that truly made the space feel like a private oasis. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring the beautiful surroundings of Bali. I especially appreciated the beautiful views from my suite, which added to the overall serene atmosphere. What truly set my stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I enjoyed my time at Bali Ginger Suites so much that I ended up extending my stay. Leaving the suite was a challenge, as I had grown so fond of the luxurious surroundings and the peaceful environment. I highly recommend Bali Ginger Suites and Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent retreat in Bali. I can’t wait to return!

The location was excellent. It’s in the middle of everything, shops, restaurants, beach. Staff are friendly. I met the owners Graham and Lou, very kind and welcoming.

Pool was a small when the villa is fully booked. Not serving lunch or dinner however there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. Wifi wasn’t working for couple of days. There was a massive power outage when we were there (not the villa’s fault) no generator though. You need to book your breakfast a night before if you’d like to order their nasi goreng. Bring your own Milo.

Our 2nd time staying here and the staff and the rooms ( more than a " room" ) are wonderful !!! Breakfast is great with lovely mixed omelettes. They have added a step to get into the pool which is great . I didn't feel great after a flight from Europe and the staff and Mr T. called us a taxi to go to the hospital ( BIMC Kuta if you need one , brilliant ). They asked after me and I had breakfast in our own dining/ lounge area 2 mornings. Highly recommend Ginger suites xx

Absolutely gorgeous room - high ceilings with wooden beams, huge bed with Chinese characters on large red bed head, hanging birdcage lamps, high sided free standing bath, glass walls looking out to hanging plants highlighted by spotlights at night and a private cafe style eating area. The furniture was stylish and very romantic. Huge bathroom with his and hers vanity basins and large shower. Very friendly staff and an intimate pool area with comfy lounges. Excellent breakfast with espresso coffee. Great location close to shopping street and restaurants. Blissful stay!

It was quiet , safe and secluded away / yet a short walk to busy streets to shop, eat or have some drinks to watch the world go by . Nothing was too much trouble and the staff member even offered to help me when I left my Air Pods in Nusa Dua - which was nothing to do with them ! Just kindness on their behalf ( I managed to source a driver to bring them over on my own though ) ! The pools ( we stayed in the Villa) so had access to both - were cool and crisp and I wish I had been brave enough to go in past my waist - it was the same for me at other resort too 😪. It’s a 2$ grab bike to ‘Eat Street ‘ and shopping malls or 5$ max in a TAXI. Travelled as a couple with my sister / so it was perfect for her to walk back to if she didn’t want to stay out later with us.
